Finally flew back to London yesterday after an unusual 1 week out of the country. Unusual because to those of you who are unfamiliar with flight rotas, pilots normally spend 4 days at home, 3 days abroad, alternating, so to spend all 7 away from London is rare. Anyways, glad to be back home…
I decided to go for an “alpha” dominated mix yesterday…when I went out with two of my female friends for dinner:
2 drops A314
3 sprays IH
25mcg P86
Cover with Musc Ravageur
An excellent night with plenty, PLENTY of hits from the birds. IOI’s through the roof, lost track of the number of girls who came up and said what scent are you wearing…
Close quarter observation from my 2 friends:
hair twirling,
one unbuttoned her blouse a button more than would have been appropriate but that could be because it was a little warm in the restaurant,
one kept grabbing my hands (but she is naturally friendly),
Without exception, they BOTH looked at me, even when ordering their own dishes from the menu
Observations from others:
Waitress asked me how I am, she never asked any other guest throughout the night, as far as I could ascertain
Lady on the other table asked me if I was a sportsman (I don’t even remotely have a physique resembling an athlete)
Another lady kept looking at me as if I’d REALLY pissed her off (I don’t know her, but she was HOT)
Conclusions:
Going to try this mix again, I could be onto something which sort of fits in with my personality and body language
I may ramp up the P86 to 50mcg, thoughts?
I want to make it a little more sexually attractive, but I heed Renny’s advice in that less is more, so I think, how would -none contribute to this mix? I’m not so sure…
MUSC RAVAGEUR is absolutely the best cover scent I’ve used thus far (a list that includes Green Irish Tweed, Dia, Silver Mountain Water and Bois du Portugal…)
You are wearing some of my favorites…Musc Ravaguer is awesome…so is GIT, Dia, SMW,
I own all of them…and wear them all the time…
Truth is I think there are pheros in Musc Ravaguer becuase i get a lot of atterntion with that without even wearing pheros…
just kidding I know there are no pheros in it, but I do get a lot of attention but be careful with the spray, One time i overdid it and almost killed everyone on the train, so I dont go more then 2 psrays max
Sorry to bump an old thread but I’m new to pheromones. I’ve heard nothing but great things about musc ravageur and this thread sounds like it may be sniffing up a powerful storm. Thanks for your input and I hope to try this out in the future. Did you ever end up finding a better cover scent since Musc Ravageur last year?
Some of these frags must contain animalic sources that have their own natural phero content… I bought a Montale Aoud Ambre which is supposed to be a feminine fragrance, although I have used it to grand effect… it’s feminine alright… like a massive dose of EOW hidden behind a golden layer of the most intense amber and oudh… actually I think they practically larded it with civet… should have been named Aoud Cat House…it makes your head spin all on its own… too much will signal Gayer Than Liberace so definitely layer it with a woody masculine fragrance…
So you can rest assured that this is not my opinion alone, I give you this quote from a dignified female fragrance reviewer:
“I am instantly transported back to traveling cross-country and having to stop at a truck stop bathroom. I smell sweet urinal cake which is frequently used in men’s bathrooms to cover up the urine smell. The same thing is happening here in this fragrance. There is a dirty civet note that is hiding under the more dominant notes. Oh, but there is more! There is an odor in here that reminds me of mingling body fluids. I don’t find Oud Amber as raunchy as MKK or Cuir Mauresque or as hard to wear as La Nuit. This is a slightly cleaner version. I am thinking that the oud adds an interesting twist to this creation. That is why I can say with all confidence that this smells like hot sex…on the floor of a truck stop bathroom. When I smell this, I have visions of tangled legs and shiny sweat and crumpled paper towels strewn about the white tile floor.”
