Job Interview
2 drops to the neck and spread on the wrists
Enviroment
2 other men in close proximity
Self Effects
I didn’t notice any, or I couldn’t identify the effects.
Noticed effects to others
It was hard to tell. The interview went well. I found myself on the same level as the regional manager and slightly more dominating than the manager. I actually turned it into me interviewing them more than the other way around. In the end, they said they were going to speak and prepare an offer for me.
The hard part, in regards to the pheromones, is trying to identify the hit. The part where the edge payed off for me. But, I heard it is not always obvious with A314.
Looks encouraging Musk … the effects you noticed are pretty much what A314 can do. Were you more calm & confident than you normally are or would’ve been ?
Thanks SCoupe. I want to say I was more calm and confident. Just hard to tell right now…
Wait a sec. You know, one thing that stands out now that you have me thinking about it is that throughout the interview, the thought of not getting the job never even crossed my mind. I didn’t have the attitude of “I want or need this job” but more of “just tell me when to get started”. I also communicated with the regional manager as a peer as opposed to a boss.
Wow, that’s really interesting and totally unlike me. I’ve always operated with a “I need them, what can I do to serve them” attitude, which is not necessarily a bad thing. Especially in a customer service industry. However this time I operated with a attitude that was at the very least “indifferent”, but more along the lines of “these guys really need me”.
Thanks Steve. I took another look at the situation and I think I can see the self effects now. I need to self analyze a bit more, but its looking like A314, just for the self effects alone, is indeed a powerful product.
There ya go bud, more like it. I wonder tho if you were truly ‘indifferent’. The reason I say that is my experiences with 314 in the work environment are more along the lines of confidently greatful, sorta like I’m calmly absorbing the client’s needs and expectations while formulating how to give 'em what they want.
Just a friendly reminder that no they don’t need you but it’s nice when they want you to work with them. Get it ?
No your right. Indifferent may not be the best description. Hmmm… I’m not sure, maybe complete confidence is a better phrase. I don’t know.
I agree with what your saying when you mention “Just a friendly reminder that no they don’t need you but it’s nice when they want you to work with them.”. I really don’t want to come across as arrogant. It’s not my intention or my style. I’m always grateful for opportunities granted me. Sometimes it’s just hard to describe new feelings. Know what I mean?
Most often the best help you can give someone is stand back and let their own words resonate with themselves. Our words are very powerful projections of our feelings. That’s why, we must choose our words carefully, or we don’t live up to our full potential.
When I read your report I knew immediately they were power words chosen carefully, regardless if you knew so at the time or not, and as such very potent in their deliverance of a self-confident man.
The greatest thing that happens to me, usually on a daily basis, is when I give my free telephone consults. A caller will tell me what they have experienced already and all I have to do is point out what they have already said. In most instances I don’t even have to point them in any direction, other than the direction they are already traveling. I simply show them the threshold they have already crossed and encourage them in their personal discovery of self-worth. PheroTalk members are already a step-above the best of society!
Praise yourself for what YOU have accomplished Musky, and remember the mones are only a tool. It was you who was the success behind the interview. Congruency is key, and in the hands of someone not understanding their full value the results would have been completely different.
I know what you were saying Musky and I didn’t get the feeling that you were arrogant about it. I intended a light nudge in the ‘keep it grounded’ direction that’s all. When this all works out for you, you can go out to celebrate and be as cocky as you wanna be.
I do think part of your sig ‘To subdue the enemy without fighting is the acme of skill’ is pretty telling though. Keep it up, you’ll be fine.
