I don’t think it is possible to train to completely remove the negative self-effects of pheromones. What you should be doing is understanding exactly what the negative effects of these products are for you and correct your behaviour to compensate for that.
For example, A1 makes me depressed pretty much every time in the following way: I get negative thoughts about my position socially or at work or whatever - the same negative thoughts seem to reappear every time I wear it. I also get tired when wearing it - it seems to diminish my enthusiasm to tackle tasks. So what do I do? When I am wearing the A1 and suddenly become depressed and ‘slow/mellow’, I realise that my negative thoughts are caused by this mone and things will get better when I wash it off. However I need to keep the A1 on to keep this woman from getting aggressive at me or to keep on her good side as there has been a lot of tension between us and she is my bossy flatmate! I also might take a mild stimulant (say a tea or a vitamin B complex) to get me through tasks that need to be done if I am tired from the A1.
Same thing with -None. I realise I am snappy and aggressive because I am wearing -None so I make a major conscious effort to smile more and be more patient and respectful of people.
By the way you should wash these mones off that cause negative self-effects as soon as they are not needed. Don’t wake up in the middle of the night with A1 depression.![]()
