MX144 experience

Last night I had a gig, and decided to give one of the Instant Openness test mixes a run. I sprayed MX144 3x, 2 to top of head (that’s becoming a great spot for me!) and one split between wrists. It was crappy weather last night (and today too), so I bundled up in my down coat (which is probably impregnated with a stew of pheros right now from wearing it so much with pheros on!) and threw on a hat over the MX144 on my head. Ventured out.

The first thing I noticed is what a good mood I was in. I felt comfy, fun, outgoing, sociable, but in a very relaxed and laid back manner. The best of the best is how I was feeling: upbeat but not over the top, friendly but by no means clingly.

The next thing I noticed was how much people were talking in my presence. It was as if I could not get a word in edgewise. One friend, female, who I normally have very candid convos with anyway, almost immediately launched into a convo discussing her thoughts/observations r.e. Valentine’s Day and her still-new relationship. She seemed perhaps even more candid/introspective than usual. It was a great conversation for us both.

I felt very warm & cuddly towards my friends I saw that evening. I was giving out hugs and getting many in return (being it was now after midnight and technically V-Day) and I noticed that people definitely had lower personal space requirements than usual. I like my personal space, but I’m approachable too. Last night it seemed totally natural for me & the opposite party to be practically standing shoulder to shoulder in any exchange.

A newish friend practically had his arm around me as he took me to a small gallery in the back room of the club I was gigging in to show me some artwork. He stayed in close proximity, but in another conversation, mentioned he had a GF and he knows I am taken. But this wasn’t a sexual type of body contact. It was just a gushy, nice contact, like dogs or cats sleeping on each other. Just languid and normal for mammals, but not normal for humans.

Finally, I shared a cab with a friend at the end of the night. She literally did not stop talking. This was the most marked experience of my evening. There was a quality to her conversation that I had not encountered before AND she literally would not stop talking. I tried several times, literally interrupting (as one would do when one enthusiastically makes a point) and to no avail…she kept right on going. She seemed cheerful AND introspective. The mood was light but also intimate.

I also got a random rose from a guy I know. He did not have it the first time I saw him, he must have gone out to buy it and come back with it.

Fascinating - I’ll have to grab some MX144. Congrats on the rose! Looks like you have an admirer.

Thanks Alseides. I think if I had to think of one phrase to describe MX144 it would be “decreases personal space” or “invites physical closeness.”

Is that in a test pack or sold alone? I think I remember seeing it in a test pack… Chemical Romance maybe? Though I am probably wrong. :stuck_out_tongue:

Instant Openness Test Pack.

I have the same experience with MX144 actually (I’m sure you read my initial post)…its a very talkative mix…maybe a little excessive. Keep us posted on how the others work for you. MX147 is a goodie

I snagged this old thread to add a report about MX144.

I had a 4-month old girl respond to my MX144 (an Instant Openness variant) yesterday. I was in a clothing store and overheard lots of oohing and aahing from the next aisle over. A young mom had entered the store with her twin babies in a double stroller, boy and girl. She was saying that the boy loves people, is very friendly and social, while the girl is super shy and afraid of people. Over the next 15 minutes or so, lots of women approached the babies to interact with them - the little girl was having none of it, and there was lots of commentary about it.

Then they mosied over to my aisle - a long, crowded aisle where I had a nice phero cloud going - I waved and smiled and made eye contact with the little girl and she gave me a steely stare and a frown. Oh well! I went back to browsing until I noticed out of the corner of my eye, a little hand waving wildly - she was trying to get my attention! Her mom was totally amazed and said she had never done that before, waved to a stranger. She kept up the waving game with me for a few minutes and even smiled a little bit.

I’d received these IO variations quite a while back and done testing with all of them without noticing any real improvement over the original IO, but I thought this was a nice Baby-Hit.
