First I will describe how I’ve noticed all the phermones I’ve used have shown affects.
Turn up the heat—When i use this one there is an instantly noticeable change in the people I see daily. They seem to want to be around me non-stop. And one side affect i’ve noticed is that instantly you will notice girls asking when they’ll see you next, with a smile, when you leave.
I highly recommend this to men.
Spaceland—I purchased this one as a test kind of. I wanted to see if the affects were real or just in the head of the user because of what they had heard about it. I, myself, found that it did have a bit of a spacey feeling, but not really a significant one. I had my friend try some and told her it really really worked and she agreed, so I think it mainly has to do with how open the person is to those types of things.
Ammunition—Very good pheromone. Whenever I use this one I’m always getting incredible amounts of attention from women everywhere i go. I’m told that it feels like theres a beam that drags them in.
mx204—This one is kinda like a uh-oh one. If you use too much of one pheromone, this will kind of negate a deal of the effects.
One combination that I use which I think is majorly effective is
TUTH–once on neck, once on wrists
Ammunition–Once on chest
P74–once on the shirt your wearing.

Well i have actually had a few different ways of using these.
I tried combining TUTH and the ammo together at a club a month ago…Amazing. You wouldn’t believe the attention recieved from that. lol
I’ve been using P74 before work and it seems to make the mood better, so I believe it may have the same type of effect as Instant Shine.
I purposely od’d on TUTH when i got it to test if these really worked or if it was just in my head, and after the affects of that I used the mx 204 and it seemed to help relax those affects.
The ammo and TUTH alone i used separately with a couple ‘friends’ at different times and they have very nice, yet different affects. But i suggest just using them at bar/club/intimate scenes. I tried them separatel at work and they just didnt seem to have the right…work affects if you know what i mean.
The instant shine is definately a great one for the work environment though.

I’m close to your respective ages. Phero’s won’t dictate success but they will grab attention for you. It’s what you do with that attention. Anyways.
The tuth really depends on the setting. If i’m going to a social gathering 2 sprays of TUTH is fine but 3 is too much. If i’m about to see a girl i’ve been intimate with before then more sprays is acceptable because she is confortable enough to TUTH.
The socials will compliment the TUTH. Try spraying TUTH to the chest and socials to the wrist/neck/hair. The socials will diffuse faster and people getting close to your chest will get the effects of TUTH (hopefully girls ).
I have to admit that i never really needed much help to grab attention or at getting girls, but i must admit that these do help and with their own respective ways, they add to what you naturally can do
