This is a collection of my day with my very first experience! I’ll be copying and pasting from my report thread but wanted to put it all together in one collection for easier reading later when I (or you
) want to study the final affects.
Best Buy - Sunday -March 22 - 4:30 PM, Control test:
OK, since every good experiment needs a control - Sunday night I went to Best Buy. I figured best place to do a good control and then test experiment would be a relatively public place where men frequent. ![]()
Plus it’s my nephew’s birthday this weekend.
In this “test” I wore the exact same outfit (a pair of Jeans and a fitted Jersey T-shirt) regular make-up and my hair very disheveled (it’s been windy lol) and up in a clippie.
1st Trip - no pheromones - wondered the aisles, and got a couple of glances, which is normal for me being a redhead and all, but nothing out of the ordinary. I’m accustomed to being hit on actually and one guy did flirt but it was minimual. Nobody followed me or anything like that.
**Best Buy - Monday -March 23 - 1:30 PM, Phero test: **2nd Trip - 1 spray of 2Xs Instant shine on the chest under my shirt and 3 sprays of Instant Sexyness B - One in Hair, one on neck and one on my left wrist & then rubbed the right wrist. I put it on about 15 minutes before I left.
So again I walked in and wondered the aisles. Same outfit, hair, make-up, etc. But, a much different reaction. Instantly I walked in and the guy at the door just stared, his head followed me and everything.
OK, that’s not too uncommon, again redhead (people stare lol) well I was wondering the game aisles and passed 3 different guys. About the Wii games section I turned around and mysteriously all three were standing fairly close and browsing Wii games.
None of them said anything but one kept looking at me.
I walked out into a big aisle and this guy was behind me, the moment I stepped in front of him he stopped for a second, he cleared his throat then actually followed me around the DVDs. He asked me if I could recommend something, huge grin, I said I didn’t really know, that I was shopping for my 8 year-old-nephew and was at a loss myself. Then he actually offered to help me find a gift for my nephew and I smiled, politely thanked him - after a couple of minutes I decieded the experiment should be over and settled on a gift card.
Well, it wasn’t!
I went to check out and there was a guy in a cowboy hat buying a TV behind me and a few moments later, and 2 people back there was clearing his throat Mr. Helpful guy. Now there was 2 other registers open but the one I was in seemed to accumulate the most people. And everyone of them but me was guys. The other two registers had women and couples in it.
The guy directly behind me (cowboy Joe we’ll call him) had his TV on a cart, he started on the other end (pushing end) but before to long he found himself standing right next to me. So close in fact, I stepped on his foot by mistake when I stepped back. I appologised, feeling like an idiot but he was all smiles.
I said “I’m so sorry. I guess I’m all grace and elegance today.” Sarcastically. Cowboy Joe just smiled and said “Oh you didn’t hurt me. That’s what I get for standing to close to pretty women in check-out lines.”
Thankfully it was now my turn to check-out and I high tailed it out of there! LOL - I didn’t mind so much but I was afraid I over did it and just wanted it to be over LOL
To say the least - I’m for sure gonna go much easier on the instant sexyness B from now on.
On an odd note, I noticed my cat - Buffy - has been super affectionate since I put it on. She was rubbing all over me, meowing and demanding I pet her. Which she does from time to time but never this aggressive for affection.
Later March 23 - 3:30 pm - Wal-greens - no reapplication:
Yeah so, I have a little something to add. Instant Sexyness B is dangerous around male friends that are sexually deprived. LOL
I was seriously hungry and my allergies are acting up (thanks to the cold front that’s moving in) - anyway I swung into Wal-greens real quick to get some allergy medicine and a quick bite. Low and behold I run into a mutual friend of hubby and I.
I didn’t realize he was back from iraq. I gave him a big hug - totally forgot for a moment about what I was uhhh wearing on my skin. We chat for a minute and he’s all “you look great! Did you lose some weight?” which I have and said I did.
Told him I was about to grab a bite to eat, he said he was hungry too and suggested we grab a bite together and catch-up. I’ve known him 5 years and never once has he hit on me. He knows hubby very well and me & always been respectful.
I agreed and said “you pick! You just got back from Iraq, whatcha craving?” In a friendly tone. He says matter of factly “mmm strawberries and cream.” Which isn’t cool because the nick-name they gave me (everyone has one) is Strawberry Shortcake. He gave me this look. My mouth dropped open & so did the cashier’s. I mean me being blinding white redhead - it was obvious.
I said “Are you HITTING on me??” And he just blinked “Yeah, sorry. I didn’t mean to say that out-loud.” I suggested that we get something to eat when the “group” gets together instead of impromptu lunch/dinner.
Granted, the guy has been in Iraq for 15 months and only back in the states a couple of days. I’m sure that played a huge factor, but he didn’t hit on me last time he got back from Iraq.
Later March 23 - 7:30 pm - Dollar General - no re-application:
OK, perhaps I should have just waited till the end of the day to end my report. So I was home & started on laundry & realized I needed some more laundry detergent. I went to the local “Dollar Store” not far from my house, while I was there I picked up two large laundry hampers and a few small items & laundry detergent.
I waited in line and a male cashier took over. A very antsy gentleman was behind me with a soda - I wouldn’t let him get in front of me, well because this rather large woman actually cut in front of me, but told him if he’d give me a dollar I’d pay for it and he can go on his merry way. I did that.
The cashier was like “That was so very nice of you. your such a sweetheart.” I only smiled. Then I was gathering all my bags to put them inside the stacked hampers and another guy that was behind me in line kept asking if he could help me bring my things to my car. He was with his wife and kids - I politely declined, I really didn’t want to piss her off. He asked me several times. But he insisted on at least getting the door for me. In fact he didn’t ask he just ran to the door. I smiled kinda shyly and gave his wife a thanks look. She smiled at me so I don’t think she was irritated or pissed. lol
Whew! What a day! I’m really not used to all this.
One affect I have to record is - I’m finding that it’s actually making me a little shy when i get responses. Which is not really me at all.
Even with Instant Shine 2xs - when a guy is giving me blatant attention today I find myself blushing with sheepish smiles. That’s a lil out of character for me. I’m usually very outgoing and accept complements without the shyness.
