Something like Surprise Lightning Attack, or Thogar the Insurmountable, or Agalolulalia Jones. Then at least they can lead decent, normal lives.

Alright, let’s clear the air! The person that negged you took away reps in the low to mid 30’s. And, they have a rep power of between 60 and 70. I won’t say the exact number because then you could probably figure out who it was, as I’m pretty sure I did.
So, to say they took 40 to 50 points, then come back again and say you count them, but maybe counted wrong just doesn’t quite add up to me. It sounds more like you were looking for sympathy, which you got plenty of.
And yet that proverb only appears in the post where you talk about being upset with the PUA community.
I am not a part of that community, I do not subscribe to the tactics or ethics, nor do I judge them for how they want to live their lives, or attract and seduce women.
But you posted it in the ladies section and asked if any of them agreed with you. I did not see any mention of questioning how to deal with it, but I did see statements about how the mens section is leaving a bad taste in your mouth, that the guys lack emotion, empathy, and are just hurtful, and an absence of something that strikes a chord in you.
I am not going to neg you, because as I said you are entitled to voice your opinion, as are the guys that you have a problem with. But, if one of those guys that you were referring to took offense to what you said and negged you for it, then you should have been prepared to deal with it, instead of crying about it.

No, I saw the drop in points, and looked at the comment, it upset me and I focused on the comment, not the points. And that is really rude to imply such a things. I am not infallible, and you claim that the point drop was less, and because I don’t know how you’d know that, I assume you have information I am not privy too, therefore, it is possible I’m not correct, and I must accept that possibility… that’s why I said I might be wrong.

And for the topic at hand, PUA material is a tool, just like pheromones, just like a gun, just like a car, just like a stethoscope. If you’re tired of certain people or certain threads, don’t read it. For me, here’s what happens as I go thru and see PUA material by people I feel are using it wrong: skip topic, skip topic, skip topic… OR ignore, ignore, ignore. You might not be able to change the way these people think, act or feel, but you can sure ignore them and stay away from them can’t you?
For me personally, I don’t use it because it’s just not me. It doesn’t feel right to me. Not in a bad way or anything, it just doesn’t go with MY flow OR I’m not using it to fit my flow, either way, what ever you want to say.
As to why some men don’t seem to respect women, hell, there are a whole bunch of reasons why. For one, women have always been shitted on for centuries. We never gave them respect as a society. What makes you think hundreds of years of disrespect is going to change anytime soon?
Some people were just raised differently. My mom pretty much single handedly raised me and from the way I was raised, I can’t help but respect women after seeing what she has done. Some people just aren’t raised to respect women or PEOPLE in general, and others ARE.
Some people think with their dicks. I mean, there are times where all I listened to was my dick. My friends have done that. Sometimes it happens, but for some, their dick is what they listen to most of the time, or perhaps ALL of the time and that’s ALL they care about.
So where did the respect go? It depends on the person. You can’t generalize a population unless every subject in that population is the same or similar. There’s great people here who do use PUA and are respectful of just PEOPLE in general and then there are those who use PUA and don’t care for ANYONE and there are those in between. Some people tend to believe that since they are a (insert gender, race, culture, occupation here) means that they are experienced enough to speak for others who are a (insert same gender, race, culture, occupation here). It’s something I believe we’ve all done at one point and we fail to realize that we’re everyone is different and an individual.
If all you see are guys disrespecting women, hopefully that just means that when they find you, they’ll really know what they found.

I used to be this ‘genuine’ guy who was always being myself. But apparently it got me nowhere unless I lowered my standard wayyy down. I always lost out to other guys who upon the first moment of encounter I already knew they were bad news whom I would steer as far away as possible from from the beginning if I were a girl.
The reason I distanced myself emotionally when I talked about dehumanizing women was because Ill be honest no matter how hard I try I just still cant overcome my ‘genuine soft side’. The natural sensitive part of me wont let me to go that far. I wish I could make it disappear though because that part of me is what always lowered my value in my relationships and eventually led me to the losing end. No matter what positive bull crap girls say about ‘nice guys’ I can say from my own experience that it is the biggest lie on earth which the girls themselves probably dont believe in.

No one gave us men respect for millenia either. But one thing we have learned is that in our world respect must be earned. You cant beg for respect.
For example I taught my younger sister that no matter what people say the fact is still that we are living in a man’s world. So if she wanna survive and get respect, she must man up. I told her if someone harassed her or anything dont cry or stay quiet. Just teach that person a lesson. In fact she punched a creep recently for bugging her at school or something and he stopped doing that. Right there respect she earned.
