So I’ve tested the consumer products…most of them, and I want to play with the experimones and putatives. I’ve worked out a little mixing method that should work fine for most purposes. This is based on a lot of forum reading. I take no credit for the ideas. I’m putting it here for the same reason I’ve written most of this thread, to save another newbie some aggravation and money. This is specifically about mixing experimones and putatives in to-go bottles by counting sprays. The method is by nature imprecise but should serve for all but the most symphonic of mixes provided that you plan ahead.
Don’t mix your consumer products. If you want to wear more than one at once spray them on individually. MXs should be treated the same way. The only reason to mix these products is if you wished to mix small amounts for convienience such as traveling or long nights clubbing or something like that. You can’t unmix products!
Plan ahead. If you plan to use this method you will need to buy pheromones in higher concentrations than you might think. Research carefully what has worked for others. Remember you can always dilute you cannot undilute. Yes a 40mcg per spray bottle costs a lot more than a 10 mcg per spray but the per mcg cost will be cheaper and the bottle will last longer.
Because the bottles will last longer store them carefully and guard against contamination. You don’t want that 100 mcg per spray bottle of alphanol turning into -none. (EDIT: An actual -Androstenol to -none conversion is extremely unlikely, more probable is that improper storage conditions would lead to evaporation or other physical degradation.)
The method.
A togo bottle contains 40 sprays. That means one spray from a 40mcg per spray bottle can be diluted to provide 40 1mcg sprays from a togo. 2 sprays from a 20mcg per spray bottle would be the same thing, or 4 sprays from a 10 mcg, or 8 sprays from a 5mcg bottle or 16 sprays from a 2.5 mcg bottle.
So lets say that I want a togo of 5mcg per spray of P74. If I have 20mcg per spray P74 in a 200ml bottle then 2 sprays times 5 equals 10 sprays. I use a small non reactive funnel to direct the sprays into the togo bottle. Yes there is some overspray that’s why if you want precision you’ll have to look for a better method. I then top the togo bottle up to the bottom of the spray top with cologne. You could also use perfumers alcohol or even everclear.
Alright a little more complex… I want 5mcg P74 + 1mcg of TAL (Nbully’s Super Socializer) My TAL is just 5mcg per spray. Not a problem; 10 sprays of P74 + 8 sprays of TAL = 18 sprays.
What’s the big drawback to this method? You cannot exceed 33 and one third sprays from a 200ml bottle without over filling the togo. That would mean your mix was too diluted to know how much you were using.
If you want to use this method I would recommend buying in 10, 20, and 40 mcg bottles. Things that you use less of of (for guys this might be TAH and TAL) buy in 10 mcg bottles. For things you use a lot of (A- B androstenol perhaps androsterone and some others) buy in 40mcg bottles. Most of the rest would be fine in 20 mcg bottles. Again plan ahead.
What about higher concentrations? Because of the imprecision of this method it is probably not a good idea to go higher than 100 mcg (2.5mcg per spray after dilution)and it should be used only when you know you’ll want to use more than 2 sprays per mix (more than 5 mcg per spray in the resulting mix). EST is sold differently. 50 mcg is the lowest concentration sold, so each 50mcg spray would dilute to 1.25mcg per spray if used in a mix. For example you could make a 12.5 mcg per spray togo of EST by placing 10 sprays from a 30ml 50mcg per spray bottle in a togo, and filling the togo the rest of the way up with diluent.
Remember you could separate a complex mix into two recipes and mix them in two togos if your concentrations aren’t high enough to mix them in one.

I was going to ask you what ‘everclear’ was, but found a description on wikipedia. It took me a while understand it was really intended for drinking . Scary stuff. I’ve never seen anything like that in Europe (although it might exist). EDIT: Lol, I’ve just discovered that Poland - where I live - is one of only two (?) European countries where it’s easy to get this stuff. The other is Germany, but the tax is very high.
On the original subject: renny says that alphanol can turn into -none. I’ve read this before, but under what conditions does this occur? The usual ones of heat and or light?
Sorry flamingo, I edited the post to reflect more realistic reasons for proper storage. The alcohol carrier would most likely prevent a bacterial conversion of -nol to -none during storage. Heat and light would actually be more in the range of physical degradation.
If you want to turn alphanol to androstenone the easiest way would be to go without a shower for a couple of days, to let your skin flora bloom, then spray some IO in your armpits with no deoderant and take a nice long bicycle ride with a heavy coat on a humid day. Should work nicely.
Right, that makes more sense. Interesting, that the conversion is mediated by skin flora. I wouldn’t be surprised if this -nol > -none change was exploited in some way by the human pheromone communication system, although I have no idea what kind of exploitation this might be.
It was never my drink but yes they were ugly to clean up. I remember this one freshman one year … I was always worried about someone dying of alcohol poisoning. Or catching fire from a spray spark - lol.

Thanks for the kind words EJ but I think it’s better unstuck…I like to send guys (ladies too)to it when they are starting to get some idea of what they are doing but before they start screwing up. I mean a lot of this stuff wouldn’t make sense to somebody who was just thinking about trying pheromones. I’ve noticed several others refer folks to it and that is even more gratifying than being a sticky. O’ course rep points are always welcome.

Heya Sweet! I’ll throw my 2 cents in while we’re waiting for tisha. If you are getting the response you want then you’ve found what you were looking for. Sure you can stop. Of course if you want to experiment with other doses some more there is nothing wrong with that either. The main point of trying the test for a whole week is to make sure you try it in a systematic way. Congrats on finding what you want so easily!

Hahaha just kidding.Later in future when I am ready to upgrade to the big bottle, I will test with larger doses. The first test I did was for IS and it seems to work well on someone I already know like my TG whom I have know for more than a year and intimiate with. Strangers do get affected on when I tried 3 sprays but no DIHLs so that okay. At this point I have found that the IS does work with notable results at 3 sprays. I am going to stop right there because at this point I want to work on my social skills more.I have Instant Openness, Instant Honesty and MX134 to test out. I tested out Instant Openness and IS together first and liked the result. So I think I will test IO alone to see what happens without IS.
Renny, first off you have my first reps ever LoL. second a little bump. i have been doing nothing but reading everything on this forum/website for 40 hours this past week. i work dispatch for security at a casino so i sit at a desk and read the forum and get paid. your insite as well as the insite as some of the responces as helped me get an idea on how to go about trying out pheros. my shipment should arrive monday (i was a little silly and over nighted my order on a friday thinking i would get it sat not knowing DHL doesnt deliver on a saturday).
HEY!! my first NOOB tip from my first NOOB mistake DHL doesnt deliver on saturdays so if your ordering your first shipment on a friday dont expect the package saturday otherwise your heart will break. LoL
