I have a lady 42 years old at work with a huge crush on me and I feel the same , Id like for her to make the first move and I am shy by nature so alot of the women I date etc do so but anything that will make them feel comfortable or horny enough to jump on me in addition to my business mix will be great.

I am tuned in to see what happens. Your best bet is to stay with the instant line if you can because putatives are experimental. What I would do is use either A314 or IG as you main pheromone for work and business and steer the main pheromone in the direction you want. I would us IH on your forearms or wrists and this should help people trust you.
If you have the A314 oil it can last a while and you can always add to it later on in the evening with Ammo for he ladies.
You can still get singles molecules, it is usually suggested to start with this instant line first.
I don’t have nay experience with P83 yet, but I think if I had to pick one I would look into P74 as this one is easily figured out. P96 is also a great one and one of my favorites and should work really well for you and your goals.
TAC I love and see you have that one to. I find TAC is a disinhibitor and also works very well with None based mixes and if you OD on say TUTH this would be the one to grab to try and balance things out.

Update: Have not placed my order , company messed up my paycheck which is a normal thing in this business. Think it’s resolved , should be ordering next week. Situation has gotten better but will post what happens in next few weeks. In other news Want some molecule C to wear around my lady co-worker just to push things past that boundery. I’m woundering being she’s in her 40’s other that pure TUTH which I don’t think I want to risk what might be good. I love Cougars.
I have a huge thing for 40 plus. I find A314 oil with some P96 works wonders for this age range 40 and up.
It is weird I have had better hits with Ammo based mixes over TUTH based around this age also. I am thinking some women like the Rone and status thing like “Hey this guy has his shit together” type of vibe. This is just what I get and others may get something different.
OK so the main ones I have found to work on what you are looking for is
For my base pheromone I use A314, Ammo, or TUTH
then I steer with the others and the ones I like are TAC, P96, P77, P74 is ok but have better luck with the others.
With MXS if down the road you are looking into them MX487 hits them super hard and MX488 is very close also.
This is just based on my personal experience.
