Hi to all in Pherotalk, i got a very big problem to solve out. Ok the big problem is that i’m trying my very best to sell my mum house but with no results at all. I have been trying for a few years already btw.

My mum house is located in another country, Malaysia. It is a semi Detached 2 storey house. It seem that the house is not getting any interested buyers at all. I have failed last year to sell it. So i was thinking if any of you guys have any great/awesome results in using pheros to sell your house, please let me know asap :slight_smile: Thanks :slight_smile:

One thread - which I can’t seem to locate, but trust me, I saw it - involved a house exchange - the poster managed to swap her house for what was in her opinion a nicer one by spraying Instant Shine everywhere, the second thread I can find - it’s:

Try spraying some TAA around the place before someone goes see it =]

Mostly in the area u want to show off the most. i wouldn’t know how much ml I know i saw it somewhere that it would help for selling.brb

I’m afraid i don’t know much about selling houses with phero’s, but i DO know quite a bit about fixing houses up for sale. Even in this crappy American economy, when NO ONE wants to get a house, the two houses i helped fix up sold within 6 months. If you wanted to post some pictures for me, i could try to recommend some ideas on if anything could be improved for cheap, although it may be hard without the ability to walk through it. Just thought i’d offer.

Anyway good job on selling the two houses :slight_smile: while the economy is hit hard now. You must be very experienced at it :slight_smile: Well you can share some advices or ideas with me now if you don’t mind without the pictures.

Sorry PhatSounds, but i really won’t know what to tell you without knowing how the house is right now. I’d hate to give you bad advice on what to fix, if what was the before actually worked better, you understand? But if you figure out how to post pictures here, lemme know.

I get what you mean Mr. Feel Good, well most likely i can’t post pictures as i don’t even have the pictures of it well thanks for offering to help :slight_smile: I will stick to Perrai suggestion of TAA for now :wink:
