I have my house for sale, just reno’d it, spent heaps of cash and have it looking great. I was wondering if anyone had any advice on what I could use phero wise to enchance or give the property an edge? I was having a read through some of the p- range reviews but cant make an educated guess on which of them would be best
start a pot of brewed coffee 5 minutes before they show up. if you have two pots, make two pots in different rooms.
the coffee will give your house an edge, IH, IO, CTTM2 and some kind of -rone will give you an edge.
from there just listen to what they are looking for and lead them along to your chosen destination.
There was a thread awhile back about adding TAA/Instant Shine to what amounts to a glade plug-in… Or something like that
Anyways… look it up - I definetly think that happy vibes that instant shine give you give your house an edge in selling.
