Hi there. I recently became interested in these pheromone products because I’m now single again, but too old to really hit the night clubs and singles scenes like when I was younger. I’ve been out of the dating scene for a really long time. Had a serious of long term relationships since just out of HS that lasted 5+ and 11+ years. Now, being in my mid 30s, I don’t meet women other than at work, work functions and so forth. I don’t have experience as I said but it doesn’t make sence for androstenone not to work.Maybe u should just start with low doses and try out what’s the best to your porposes.Of your question if how long does it take the products to work out, well it depends of the situation, from 1-2 seconds to 1-2 minutes.Androstenone itself is a verry tough pheromone with verry intensive effects and it can be said that it works fast, but depends on the situation ( for instance the cigarette smoke reduces pheromnes’ effects).
At Androtics they have 2 main androstenone products in spray versions - tuth and ammo.For work it is best to choose ammo 'cause it is not plain androstenone but a mix of -none and some social pheros.The -none ammount is the same like in tuth so u don’t loose anything , just gain from the social effect of the other mones in ammo (u know tuth is plain androstenone).
It is always good to use some social pheromones along with sexual ones.Maybe for work Instant shine will be the best choice.IO and IH or even my favourite cttm2 are also good but u said that u don’t have time for much talking and the above three products do mainly that - enchance conversation.

I think some socials and Ammo would be a good place for you to start.

You see, for a mid 30s guy like me that was known to always have a long term relationship, and what some girls might call baggage (I have a young son) I often get hints of interests, but a lot of hesitation. To start off use one product at a time so you can get a feel for what each one does for you and what your dosage is.
This will help with that.
After you do that part you can start to mix. First add one social on its own and test it out then you can try the next on its own with ammo. Then use all three together.
