To start off use one product at a time so you can get a feel for what each one does for you and what your dosage is.
This will help with that.
After you do that part you can start to mix. First add one social on its own and test it out then you can try the next on its own with ammo. Then use all three together.
You may get a slightly different vibe with each mix so right them down to keep track.
