New to Phero Talk...

Hello everybody… Been reading your posts for a while now, and finally decided on some purchases last night… A314, Instant Shine, TUTH, and Openness. I am excited to try some of these products… seems like the only company around that is involved in any sort of active reserch with its customers, and the site/forum is super informative.

I do have a question, though, in regards to mixing phero’s with my regular cologne… It seems like there is a dividing line on this issue, and I’d like some advice from both sides… I wear Issey Miyake Blue as an everyday scent… light, clean, mixes well with my natural scent , (also pretty inexpensive)… Anyhoo… I digress… Of the people on the forum that use colognes everyday, what are your experiences with using the Androtics products as an addition?

Also, are there any unscented Androtics products that I could use like the Athena product as an additive to my regular (or a new) repertoire…? Every scent works differently on different people based on their natural aroma, and different eo’s and perfumes/colognes work best or least situationally. My guess, based on this, is that adding pheromones to colognes/perfumes can dramatically alter the “essence” of a commercially available scent, and vice versa. This is definitely an avenue I would like to experiment in… the “mixology” of perfume and pheromone…

Other than that I guess I will see for myself what combinations work best for me and my sense of smell.

I will keep you posted as I begin to try the products for myself.

Thanks…

Welcome.

Good product choices. Read the stickies at the top of the men’s forum for how to use them.

I wear colognes. I mix colognes. So if I have scented pheromone mixes I mix them in with the day’s creation.

Androtics did sell unscented versions of many products but recently pulled them from the market. I suspect they’ll go back up after they’ve worked through their shipping backlog.

Hi & Welcome!

I wear perfume with my products most of the time. I do not mix them together often. It is just easier for me to apply the pheromones and allow a few minutes for the product scent to fade before applying my perfume. I wouldn’t want to mix with my perfume unless it was strong enough to over come the neroli of the instant line. You shouldn’t have any problems using your cologne over instant shine or instant openness. I haven’t used A314 or Turn up the heat so I can’t comment on those.

Hopefully, once things get back to normal you can order full size bottles and add scent customizations again that include choices of a few cologne like scents or unscented.

I haven’t tried mixing products either. This takes skill and some knowledge of the product contents. Just tossing a few things together could leave you with an ineffective mix and be less effective than the original products. I’m not willing to risk making a dud concoction.

Enjoy!

cookiemonster-I wear cologne everyday with pheros…But i never pre-mix. I will layer them often though. yeah issey is very do-able. they all dry down different, Just don’t go around giving everyone bearhugs and it will be fine.

Hello Cookie Welcome to the forum

Androtics consumer products are pheromone balanced already. I would not suggest mixing them in your cologne. Use the “Combo” or layering method. First your pheromones then your cologne.

Just a side note when reading the forum be aware that most of us use the word mix for spraying each product on seperate.

Now when you are ready to mix raw pheromones you can buy some atomizers and add your cologne and whatever small amount of pheromones you want and test it that way but right now you cant buy the raw pheromones here they are just for advanced users. You will see some changes to the sight soon its in a transition period right now.

There are products like Athena, Edge, APC, Alpha Androstenol around on the net that are ment for mixing but I would start with the standard premixed products first to get a feel for pheromone use. Then move on to that laer when you will be able to gage the best places to get those.

The products you ordered come in a light neroli scent that once dry can be covered easy by your cologne. A314 is oil based and comes with some EO’s mixed in. Use each product alone first to gage what each one can do for you. Then try a combo.
