New to the forum, not to pheromones

Hi. I am now ‘Official’ on the forum–I look forward to putting in my two cents. I think the level of intelligence on this forum is exceptionally high and I have gotten a lot of good information from the members, thank you.

I have been a fan of pheromones since I tried Athena for women. Which I think works just fine–but my “hits” have been comments like “you’re absolutely delightful” which is lovely to hear but my intentions have been more of a sexual nature. Then again my boyfriend said later of the first day we were together “you smelled like you were ovulating” which is pretty incredible inasmuch as I think that’s what he was supposed to sense. Noone knows what’s in Athena Pheromone… Or do they?

I discovered Androtics in October and have been obsessing ever since. Though the products keep arriving later than the circumstances I’ve ordered them for!

I am a garden designer outside of Philadelphia, and the first time I used my sample of Instant Openness I got the clients to like me–they told my boss I was fantastic–but! they told me loud and clear what wasn’t working for them in the design. Usually clients are less direct! And I hardly ever have to revise my designs.

Then I sprayed it on while I took a walk with my 16 year old daughter and she told me things I think she had no intention of doing. But she does that often enough while we walk so who knows. It just seemed connected to the pheromone. Which makes me dizzy when I first apply it to the back of my neck.

I used Instant Honesty this morning and it distinctly put me in a bad mood!

The free sample of MX135 smells horrible (choclatini)–and my daughter asked me what awful thing I had on (I lied and said hair products)–but that mix had a powerful effect when I met my boyfriend’s sister for the first time. She was practically standing on my toes, she stood so close to me, and later wrote me a note saying how wonderful it was to meet and get to know me.

I used Lust After Me and stupidly went to the Cheese Shop where the owner got very personal, then realized where he was going (his wife is 5 months pregnant), and reddened, and then we both burst out laughing. He gave me a loaf of French bread for free though!

I am interested in the Sunshine line and am going to look for more posts on it–

Hey Jeanne, welcome to the forum! You have had some good hits with pheromones already. I am surprised you didn’t like Chocalitini, considering how women in this forum are always raving about it. The fragrance cover for pheromones designed at Androtics are with the thought of aiding diffusion of pheromones to the maximum extent. Some pheromones tend to stick to the skin and this is where the right fragrance cover helps. Jasmin who is the moderator of the forum can tell you more about this.

Since IO worked for you although in some respect not exactly as you wanted you might try the IO based experimental test mixes. Maybe one of them is more suitable for you but remember they are all experimental mixes so their whole range of effects are still unknown. Instant Honesty is kind of a serious deep pheromone. It’s more for connecting and creating rapport. Some people do report becoming serious with it on, but it’s good when you really want to draw someone closer. It also makes people reveal their innermost dark secrets which can be fun sometimes

Jasmin has always mentioned that Athena is a good product although not very strong. Also from what I have read it produces more friendly attention. Have you tried ISexi? What’s your personality like? Look into pheromone mixes mentioned by Ail, Countess and others. They have mastered the fine art of converting their SO into their sex slaves .
I am sure you will like those. Enjoy your stay and ask us any questions you have.

Hi Jeanne, welcome to the forum! It sounds like you’re already experienced in the world of pheromones … what are your current goals with them? You mentioned your boyfriend - are you in a relationship now, and does he know about the -mones?

That’s very interesting about IO and having the clients give you honest feedback … unusual as that is, I’d find it refreshing myself! sometimes it’s like pulling teeth, you know? You mentioned feeling dizzy with it - many people notice lightheaded or headachey sensations until they acclimate to wearing -nol.

My first impression of the chocolatini scent was negative as well … I’ve gotten used to it somewhat as it seems most of the women’s test mixes come in that scent, and several of the women here love it and swear by it, but I’d definitely prefer something else, less obtrusive, and I think that is in the works for the future. That’s a very special thing about Androtics - they are super-responsive to customer feedback.

I’ve really enjoyed the Liquid Sunshine mixes and would wear them more often if I wasn’t always testing something!

Thanks for joining us - we welcome your reports, and your questions!

It’s a pleasure to see you here, Jeanne! Check your inbox for your gift certificate.

We thank you for the honest feedback.

To both Carrie and Jeanne: both of you mentioned not liking the Chocolatini fragrance. What is more up your alley, and what kinds of scents would you like to see - I mean, smell - around here?

Hi Jasmin,

On the 2nd page of your thread called “Pheromone Effect Distance” there are several responses suggesting a warm egyptian musk type fragrance. That’s something that’s easy to combine/layer with other fragrances or can be nice on its own. Or a simple white musk would be easy to wear. There’s no single fragrance that everyone is going to like, of course.

I like the neroli musk scent okay; prefer it to the chocolatini. My husband doesn’t like either of them!

Hi Jeanne, welcome to the forum! I would suggest using a combination of equal parts(maybe 1 spray each) of Instant Openness and Instant Honesty, and one of the Liquid Sunshine mixes, maybe mx136, and the female version of A314, which is mx134.(Did you get this one as a freebie?) The goal for using this mix would hopefully be to get your clients to feel good around you(Liquid Sunshine), to feel comfortable conveying their ideas to you(IO and IH), and also to respect you for your ideas(mx134).

Hey, at least you got a free loaf of bread! LOL  By the way, how many drops of Lust After Me did you apply?

Jasmin, I personally like the chocolatini fragrance, but it doesn’t mesh well with the fragrance types that I like to wear. I too would like to see a light musk fragrance additive as an option. The neroli musk blends a little better with my perfumes than the chocolatini, but I would prefer something different, something warmer.

Jeane, instant sexiness is a must.
Oh- by the way, HI!
if you liked LAM at all, Instant Sexi is going to HAVE you.
Dont sweat how instant honesty made you feel… first, the intensity will fade with repeated use (only on you though, yay!) and if you add a little Instant Shine, you get a happy i-really-like-your-company-now-let-me-tell-you-everything result .IH- i refuse to live without it. hear me,VISA???!

Thanks to each of you for your advice:
Okay-

Nbully: I am taking notes. I am very outgoing, outspoken, but usually taken seriously when I recommend something, whether it be a book a restaurant, store, movie. I haven’t tried the IS yet.

Carrie, no, my paramour does not know about the pheromones–and Lust After Me came too late, after he’d returned to the West Coast. I am dying to see what happens with the product since you can hardly improve on perfect…

I think I used two drops of the LAM. Yes, free bread is good I suppose.

Jasmin, vis a vis the Choclatini–how about a citrus like Bergamot (which fades fast—maybe no good), or lavender, which everyone adores or even Ginger Ale, or Orange/Ginger/Cinnamon if you need heavier masking. I wear Osmanthus perfume by The Different Company (anyone hear of Jean Claude Ellena–he’s a genius perfumer). Today I tried on Tea for Two by L’Artisan Parfumeur–it’s black smoky tea and the bottom note is honey that ISN’T sweet. It’s fabulous and I plan to buy it, perfume whore that I am.

Lor, I am waiting for the perfect time to try Instant Sexiness.

I meanwhile am trying to mellow my mother with IO and Instant Shine, and maybe will add some 134 which I haven’t tried on her, just the 135 which has fantastic effects despite it’s offputting odor (too preadolescent). My paramour’s sister wrote me the loveliest note about what a pleasure it was meeting me. Quite unexpected.

Thanks so much for the advice–there is so much to digest and you provide a wealth of it, pre-digested so to speak.

Question: Which mones should I avoid a buildup of? I apply them to the back of my neck and my scarves are seemingly laden with them…

J.

Yes! I love Ellena’s L’Eau d’Hiver (for Frederic Malle) and very much appreciate his exquisite touch and transparent effects. Cologne Bigarade is lovely too.

I find that it’s quite easy to cover Androtics’ neroli scent as it’s light to start with and fades fast.

Re: buildup - I wash everything that comes in contact with pheromones, so I don’t get buildup on clothing - you would otherwise, I’m sure, and it probably wouldn’t be pretty. I don’t think you will experience any -nol to -none conversion without application to skin, but still …

Carrie–I have L’Eau d’Hiver as well. And was thinking about purchasing the Cologne Bigarade. How interesting that we both have such an oddball fragrance. His Bois Farine for L’Artisan smells like Winter Water but better. I think the note that is so intriguing in the two scents is Foin (hay).

Did you read the article about him in the New Yorker about a year ago? He was written up for his series of perfumes for Hermes and claimed he’d never done an Osmanthus before, which was untrue. The Winter Water has, of all things, a touch of floor polish in it (according the Ellena).

Yes, the neroli is fine with me. I would love the smell of lemon trees blooming in spring in Cordoba–I wonder whether Jasmin can provide such a brief for her perfumer? I used to think Neroli would smell like that but alas it does not. It lacks the heavy white floral component (reminiscent of jasmine).

And so sorry I forgot to thank Ilsa for her input–seriously good input–and will be following your directions because you have spelled out each product’s function so precisely.

And Jasmin, if you happen to read this, what does Ambergris smell like? I hear it is divine.

J.

You are so very welcome Jeanne, I am glad that I could help.

I just bought a small bottle of real ambergris. It is very strong by itself, but not overwhelming. I think Carrie would be good at describing it’s fragrance. It is intoxicating, warm, and stays with you all day. I layered a tiny drop of it under my perfume several days ago, and you could definitely detect it’s presence underneath. I have been testing a lot of different perfumes lately. Today I am wearing Regina Harris’s Frankencense, Myrrh, and Rose Maroc.

You’re from Spain? I really enjoyed Cordoba when I lived there.

I suggest vanilla. It has been proven that men are aroused by the smell of baked goods such a cinnimon buns. I am going to get some pink sugar oil. Just want to be sure that by blending these things in the bottle I am not changing the composition to counteract their effectiveness. The perfume I recommended Pacific Paradise and Ilcanto would be fabulous and I bet are going to blend well with the neroli and maybe even the pink sugar will also as well as with the cholatini. Judging by the other postings it seems ok to mix it up but just checking. Thanks!
