Hello everybody, I’m Albert. I’m 19 years old, not the most confident person around women but i dont freak out when i’m around them eighter, just a little nervous. I’m a little shy. i have a good sense of humor (from my perspective lol). If they’ve actually responded negatively it could be in what kind of eye contact you’re giving. There’s a difference between friendly eye contact and a piercing stare. its the friendly eye contact.. its just my insecurities and that voice in the back of my head.. i guess i am sometimes threatened by the fact that certain women are so beautiful that i cant think the idea of them being with me. i want people to get the image of me being a trustworthy, calm cool and collected (which is what i actually am)
First things first you need to get rid of that attitude. If you have a few things about yourself you don’t like take steps in making changes. Join a gym or something like that. It will do wonders for your confidence as well as keeping yourself in shape. mones will not change you, they will enhance you.
Never go into something with a losing attitude. Fighters that step into the ring with the attitude that they are fighting not to lose lose. Fighters that step into the ring and can’t imagine themselves losing win.(I am a huge mma/kickboxing fan lol) Attitude really does make all the difference.

Confidence and attitude for the most part around women are key’s to success. I suggest reading a few E-Books or real books on being an Alpha Male and they will give you some good key points as to what to do and if you do them often these habits will become natural and done without thinking.

You need to test a few different ones and find the effects for yourself. Due to the fact that everyone emits different levels of them means that certain doses or your Hot Spot is not the same for everyone. For some people 20MG might be to much.
