Reason I’m here: I’ve got a friend who is trying to figure out if she is gay or not. I suggest you try ammo+ is. If she is attracted to you with that pheri sig, chances are that she is into men. Who knows? She might be bi. Your wearing female phero won’t make you attractive in that case. You have to find a female that would try female pheromones

One target audience is a bit hard, but AMMO and IShine are a great starting point. You can try them individually and then together. IH would be another one I would recommend to ‘see’ if mones work.
Really, once you wear mones to work, out with friends, or to clubs, you’ll see the different effects these mones have. Now, you may not get as blatant hits with people you know because they already have a mental picture of who ‘you’ are. You may get more obvious hits with people you don’t know, like at a club with AMMO + IShine + IH layered.

People have their mixes and combos that work for them and their personality.
A314 + AMMO + IShine works great for me, I’ve just stayed away from it because FF21 is a bit strong for my tastes.
However that combo is great, if I don’t have time, I’ll just usually spray AMMO by itself and just go.
But experiment around. Use a Journal (here or at home) and write down what applications you’ve tried. I like it so much better because it helps me track and record my results and start tailoring things around.
As much as there are great researcher and knowledgeable users here, only you really know your interactions and nuances that come with you. Only then can you really get a great mix by branching out and having some fun with it.
