If you have megabucks to burn, by all means get some A314. It has a little bit of 'none but it’s soooo smooth, tempered by all that 'rone and whatever other magical things they put in it. It IS power, but an in-control kind of power, the kind that only has to speak quietly and it will be done. No shouting, no posturing, no threats (= 'none). It is not feminine at all, but you can temper it; cops seems like the obvious thing to temper it with, but I think it’s TOO obviously sexual a message to make it the main female note you’re wearing - TAL would be better.
You can also temper it with your look (how you dress, your makeup), fragrance (this can be very important), the way you move, the vocal qualities you cultivate (this can be very powerful, if you want to be listened to). Pheromones speak, but they’re not the only message getting across - it’s all part of the package.
