What is it?
new pheromone additive
NPA is from Lacroy Chemicals in South Africa and sold in the USA by LS. It was one of the first products I tried 5 years ago and still among my favs. It’s extremely concentrated and designed to be mixed with cologne. The ideal ratio is 5 parts cologne to 1 part NPA.
Although NPA works great for me, that’s not why I like it. Other androstenone products such as TE, TUTH and chemset androstenone work just as well as far as effects. The reason NPA tickles mah pickle is the extreme concentration allows me the freedom to premix it with the scent of my choice. TUTH and TE are dosed to deliver direct from the bottle and become too weak if you mix them. I have NPA mixed in a bunch of Sephora atomizers with Weekend, Issey Miyake, Competition (to match old skool Ammo) Chrome, CK and Issey Miyake Summer. I toss a few of the atomizers in my bag and go to work. Later in the day I choose the scent I’m in the mood for and spray on the run to happy hour or a late date. Great stuff.
Some guys like to dab straight from the bottle. I find it too strong to use this way and difficult to spread evenly for good distribution. If you prefer straight shots and would rather not mix, go with TE or TUTH.
As an additive, NPA has some pretty interesting characteristics. Obviously, it’s famous for being a high concentration of androstenone (and another unidentified pheromone which doesn’t get mentioned very often), but it can serve as a booster of sorts to cologne in terms of staying power. Last year, I’d purchased some Issey Miyake Intense and I mixed 5 parts of it to 1 part NPA in an empty to-go bottle. I used it a few times, then kinda gave pheros a rest for a couple of months. Additionally, I’ve moved and my homebrew phero mixes remained packed for some time after getting settled.
The other day, I dug them out and tried the Issey/NPA combo and WOW! After basically sitting and “fermenting”, if you will, a totally new animal was created. In fact, if I had to give it a name, I’d call it Sexy Miyake Dark. The overall tone of the fragrance was, well, darker. Issey is generally considered a light, summery fragrance, but this had become something with a bit of a devil inside. Sort of like a champagne colored Corvette bearing a 427 with a huge blower sitting atop one of Holley’s finest four-barrels and glass packs in the exhaust system. You could catch the scent of -none, but it was a lot more symbiotic with the cologne than if it was mixed only moments before. It also lasted all day and into the next. Just two spritzes from the to-go bottle to my neck one morning, and the next morning I can smell myself as if I’d just put it on. In fact, I’ve become a bit self conscious about it and intend to dilute it as much as 50/50 with some perfumer’s alcohol.
Tater gave this a name: Compositing. He suggested it as early as his massive list of tips and while I understood the concept, this is the first time I’ve been able to appreciate the execution. Mind you, this is just my own opinion of it, as I haven’t worn the mixture anywhere with hits worth mentioning. That will come, though, and I can’t wait to see the results.

NPA is alright. But the same thing that is an advantage is also a drawback. I have mine mixed with aramis cologne in an old spray bottle of Ammunition I used up. Great but I find it difficult to get a good dose without wearing too much scent. In other words, I diluted it too much with cologne, lol.
What they should seriously consider is sending it to you in an pre-sized atomizer that is only partially filled with NPA. Throw in a small, cheap, disposable funnel. The person then sprays whatever cologne he wants into the bottle until it’s filled up to get the right concentration of pheromones vs scent.
NPA has been my favorite for a long time. It really works well for me. I just dab then maybe cover but even that’s not necessary.
Two dabs under the jaw line, on the sides, one dab at the throat, and two dabs on the pubes and I’m set for the public.
For bedtime, several drops on the chest about nose high for my lady then dab down to the pubes. That way she’s overwhelmed at the manhood smell.
Haven’t really exercised Androtics’ equivalents yet but if they can beat NPA, they’ve really got something.
Most of us use a 5:1 ratio. You might wanna consider a 3:1 or 4:1 ratio of cologne to NPA. Thus you’ll get more NPA and less cologne. Normally you wanna experiment with tiny mixes (3 drops cologne/1 drop NPA) before you commit to a quanity mix.
The Sephora atomizers come with a funnel and are the perfect size. All none of mine leak! All the cheap atomizers I’ve gotten, including togos, perception, etc., leaked in my pocket and luggage.
If you don’t wanna mix, unscented TE has the same mones but diluted 5 times. You could cover with a small zap of cologne or EO.
I love the edge, but have not gotten much out of NPA. I think it’s just simply too strong for me (I’m 21). I might need to experiment and see if I can find a good ration, but of the LaCroy products, the edge is much more suited for me.
I just started to use NPA myself never used it before and on my first day with one dab got some really nice hits on the way home on my train
I used it with Alpha nols 50mcg sprayed twice

NPA diluted 5:1 is pheromonally and strength-wise exactly the same as TE. The reason they call it “New Pheromone Additive” is because it is designed to be “added” or mixed into an entire bottle of cologne or aftershave. Using it straight is like playing with battery acid: you gonna get burned…
well I went over to my new girlfriends house tonight and as soon as I walked in the door wearing the mix above with NPA, she pretty much attacked me literally 15 minutes after I walked in the door.
So I say NPA is right on target =)

so NPA with IO at 50mcg’s or CTTM2? what were u using? and how does it compare with everyones new favourite mx292? i find NPA unreliable. Most of my hits with it ahve been residula after its toned down. gotta stop dabbing and covering it.
u use just 1 dab and then cover with IO?
OK like i wore NPA just dabbed on xmas eve. The following day i was getting massive clearance from the ladies down at the beach…and this was maybe 15 hours after application. Other times, ive had massive hits with it though with brazilian waitress right after application…go figure? i think ill try pre-mixing it now
Well, that sounds pretty much on par with androstenone in general. Afrocentric/Middle Eastern people generally react the most favorably, with Hispanic/Latin types running a close second.
Just out of curiosity, what was the overall ethnic makeup of the ladies at the beach?

okay sat on the grass with blonde hair pale skinned german tourists, then two british girls [1 looked dark skinned indian british though], then at the pub more light skinned germans and british. [the british dug me however wasnt attracted to 'em]…
very bad reactions.
.today? cleared 3 sets of Koreans [my faves…i find them intoxicating] with a spray of TUH doused with spilled cttm2. strangely the girl who excused herself after a 5 min.coffee sms’s me later??? weird, maybe she felt too horny and awkward to be around me earlier so resisted and resented me for making her feel beyond her control? this is a common theme with androstenone.
ooh yeah the arabian persian israeli set love tha ammo shit alrite!!! Picked up a persian doctor cold in the park just with a single shot of humble Ammo…my friend got so wound up as within half an hour, got 3 more numbers, a korean, a thai, and a dark polynesian.
-none mixes r my fave juice with dark israeli mixes. Ammo IH has never let me down with Middle Eastern or Latina types… Here in OZ not many african types to test it out on…ummm…ill tell you who also love the none? slavics…was at a speed dating event with blondies, and struck out big time with all except a horny brunette serbian girl - she was verrrry attracted. 2 shots of Ammo…some Anglos appear to be seriously sensitive to -none, even with Ammo.
Had much experince using Ammo mixes with Colombianas. went very high on the dosage too - say 3 sprays before the threshold sets.
now when u mix Latina with African - now theres some none tolerance for ya!!! she was an african Brazilian and had 3 TUH on, and i produce alot naturally…man was she horny…picked her up ordering a chicken burger at Maccas…

You have to be man enough to pick yourself up after the rejections and keep looking for the juicy hit - and they do come around!
