Okay, I will always be a loyal Androtics customer, but I really want to know more about this NPA product from “Love Scent”…
I just want to know is it really necessary to mix NPA with other colognes and after shaves?? Can’t I just wear NPA by itself??
Also, can anybody share any good NPA stories about sucessful “hits”??

I haven’t used NPA myself but I wouldn’t think using NPA neat would be a great idea…It’s designed to be diluted with cologne or after shave so it is very concentrated… If you don’t mix it in with your cologne the dose you’ll get will be massive…
Does anyone else know the in’s & out’s of NPA?
I use it neat (2 drops) with mx292.
It gives mx292 more of a kick.

I want to try the new Raw Power Test mixes but they are out of stock.
5 parts cologne and 1 part NPA. I got some on the tip of my finger last night while I was mixing and the stuff stinks bigtime. I washed my hands so many times and the smell was still there. It is potent stuff.
I never mixed it with cologne and didn’t know it was intended to be used that way. I just used drops, and that has always been how I saw it’s usage documented on LS.
I also wear it that way (drops on skin.) Good stuff! I actually kind of like the smell. Odd.
I’ve worn NPA by itself and as part of a mix with my cologne. It’s a great product but dosing it is problematical in my experience. By itself, it is so ultra-concentrated you could easily OD. But that was pretty minor to the issue I have after having added it to a nice cologne I favor. Damn stuff is too dilute now.
I love cologne but it doesn’t love me (allergies) so added scent is an issue. Interestingly enough, neither game scent nor neroli give me any problems. Which is a good thing because, if they did, it would keep me from wearing those products as much as I like to.
NPA gives me good results, but I have to spray on so much of my mix that it’s too much cologne to be comfortable with socially and drives my allergies nuts. I suspect that others are going to run into similar issues, either too dilute or too concentrated. They would have done better to simply put the stuff in a scentless carrier of some sort that I could spray on and then add my cologne afterward.
Great product…adding pheromones to your own cologne, lousy idea because of the dosing issue.
Yep, it is designed to be mixed 5 parts cologne to 1 part NPA and, at that concentration, is equal to the TE and a bit more potent than TUTH. Despite the design, many guys dab it straight out of the bottle. Like others have mentioned, dabbing is difficult to dose (OD too easy) and suffers from a lack of skin surface area and carrier scent to help dissipate it. Plus the heavy concentration means some of the worse cat piss odor known to man. It would be really easy to OD from funky smell. If you prefer dabbing, TE would be a better bet (already diluted 5:1).
With all that said, NPA is among my fav products and I have it premixed with a couple of my fav colognes in Sephora atomizers. BAsically turns my dates into crazied horndogs. And, whatever you do, don’t wear it at work. When young 'n dumb I did and all hell broke loose.
Incidentally, there are many recent threads on NPA.
But, what if I really do want hell to break loose at work?? There are just soo many hot chicks at work that it doesnt seem like a bad idea to stir up some hot babe drama at work!

i use a 1 ml insulin syringe to measure my npa and the cologne. i put it in in a mini togo bottle. npa/bond no. 9 riverside drive = great combo
I ran out of NPA…by spilling it..for those who I told that the way I applied by taking out the stopper here is a warning be very careful and make sure you are on a stable surface when you are doing it that way LOL
anyway i decided to try The Edge this time, I still love NPA and think it is a solid product
So far early results seem to show just as good results with The Edge unscented
I used to use a graduated pipette but eventually marked off the bottle (Sephora) into 6 even measures. I add NPA to the first mark and use a perfume funnel to spray cologne into the bottle until topped off.
I stopped using NPA at work as I ended up having several affairs, sex in the office, etc., and was looking really unprofessional. Some women are hanging on the edge of control and NPA seems to push them over the edge and into lalaland. You can’t get rid of them after that. Also consider NPA is a rather hostile vibe around men and I do have to keep the peace in order to work with these guys.
And, for the record, NPA is from Lacroy in South Africa, not from LS. LS is merely a dealer and NPA may be purchased from a number of dealers or direct from Lacroy.

That should be Fine… I’ve Seen Ratio that Range from 1:3 to 1:6 (NPA:Cologne)… It Depends on How Well Your Cologne Covers the Spell of NPA… I Plan on a 1:4 when I Try it… Mainly as it’s Easy to Measure in a ToGo… No Real Measuring Required… 40 Sprays in a Togo Means 8 Sprays is 1mL… Fill with Cologne (to the Fill Point) and Spray 8 Shots out and Then Fill the Rest with NPA… Done… I Mark My ToGo Bottles when I Get them so I’ll Always Know Where 5mL is if I Reuse the Bottle…

I use APC/NPA mixed 7:3. One or two sprays on the forearms from a sephora atomizer pumps out a nice dose and doesn’t fuck up my mind. The downside is I don’t get the NPA high you get from wearing it around your facial region.

I have access to advanced measuring devices.
I mix Chrome/NPA 3:1 and generally apply two sprays from a sephora atomizer, one to my neck and one to my wrist (rubbing both wrists together).
It’s good stuff although you do have to be careful. I kind of lose consciousness when I apply too much of the stuff LOL.
Yup - of all the colognes I’ve mixed NPA with so far, Chrome seems to get the most frequent and powerful "WOW! Just what are you wearing - it smells so good! reaction!
I generally use 1:4 or 7:3, depending.
And keep a seperate togo of 12.5/15 mcg A1 in Chrome handy - Which does help moderate the stronger dose nicely, although I’m using it less often now as I get the hang of behaviours best suited to NPA.
One thing about NPA…I thought I was one of the people who can’t smell none, because I found no problems in TUTH, Ammo or IJ but NPA really stinks of unwashed ass. I diluted it 1:5 in fear of having that pungent stench reeking around me at any time.
My work shirt would probably smell like that if I used the same one for a week and did some heavy welding for 10 hours a day. Not really interested in trying but I believe that could be the natural way of producing the NPA scent.
