Most boys would have told all the guys already what happened, weather or not it was premature or not, he still got some.
Now telling him that it will lead to problems getting an erection might be a better scare.
Although scare tactics do not work well with teen boys, they already know everything and likely will not listen.
I can remember some of the crazy things I did as a young man that I would never do today.
So proper preparations are needed, I would start by charging him rent, buying food, or other things like every person who is of sexually active age does.
I guess that would help a 14yo keep it zipped!
Lol, yeah, definitely the rent part. Esp if after you let him know that if he makes a baby, he’s paying for the baby’s rent too! 
But what I was more talking about, was the conflict of interest. Sure, some guys might want to scare guys out of the pool so they can have more women to themselves, but it would be completely hypocritical, I think, for most of the guys here to tell another younger guy not to try and get laid.
As a teen, I would have seen guys telling me do as I say, not as I do, and I would probably have promptly tell them to shove it up their asses. Would you believe a guy eating a chocolate cake happily if he told you it was disgusting? I think not, or at least, you’d try it for yourself first, before making a final decision.
Maybe it’s because I’m a guy, and perhaps my mindset will change when I have kids myself, but atm, I have to say, I’d only be worried about my kid having a baby or getting an STD. Maybe some associated concerned regarding the party environment. But, for the most part, as long as it’s not disrupting the household and his responsibilities, I want him to have fun. If I did find out he’s breaking hearts intentionally, I’d set him straight.
If I have a girl, I dunno, that’s a completely different story as sexist as that may be.

Forcing a teenager to work in a fast food restaurant during the evenings(such as mcD’s) where kids are running crazy. This will work well as a birth control too, as they will realize how uncute most kids can be.

Snort I dont think so LOL The boys talked to there dad of course about the birds and the bees and then they came to me for the real low down LOL. I know they wont wait if the opportunity is there but I taught them to respect all people and there feelings especially girls in this situation and to use protection no matter what.
We are a really open family and my kids feel comfortable asking sex advice from me. I laugh when they ask there Dad because his response is always “Ask your mom shes the expert” I deliver mail for the money and benefits but its not where my training lies. I majored in Social and Behavioral Sciences and human sexuality. Once people know this the questions they ask me are sometimes sensitive so I am used to it. Its still tough coming from your kids though LOL

That’s great you create an atmosphere of openness. A lot of parents are afraid to talk about sex to their children. It’s also good you don’t just talk about protection but also about respecting girl’s feelings.
