Oil-based EoW help please!

I got some oil-based EoW, and it smells just terrible. When I put it on and wait for it to dry, it doesn’t dry because its oil-based, duh

It just stays stinky. When I first got it, I was in my car, and was so excited to get it, I put it on right away. Silly me waited for it to dry, which of course it didn’t, and after maybe an hour, the smell was starting to make me feel sick, and I had to wash it off.

I have tried layering it, but the smell still comes through, and I’m not a Pink Sugar fan.

I haven’t really had the right opportunity to try copulins yet, but now there is a party on Saturday, but I don’t want to make myself puke at it.

Any advice or suggestions would be very welcomed!!!

hi silly kitty!

unfortunately, i have that same problem with the oil -based eow.. i know that at the other place people like it a LOT but it kind of made me wonder if they were anosmic :stuck_out_tongue: (jk jk.. it just smelled so bad on me!)

eventually, after getting a few complaints (it was so horribly embarassing) i actually decided to add that into a hair serum i have. i use them a bit when i know i wont stink up the room and only on the ends of my hair. after that it worked out a bit better for me but i usually tend to shy off on that..

anyways, lemme know if you find any way to make it work for you

Well, I know that with the oil-based Primal Instinct, which is quite stinky (and does not die down after a while), if I spray one or two sprays of a strong cologne directly onto the application area, it seems to cover it up completely.

Or maybe try getting some eucalyptus essential oil and apply that directly over the EoW?

its a different kind of tricky than the alcohol version.

its not impossible, but finding the right cover is essential.

the problem is that not just any cover will do, simply because your body burns the cover off before the actual copulins, so you are left with stink when the scent wears off.

not a problem if you have a cover with staying power.

i HATE pink sugar.
sorry, i just do.
i find that vanilla/resiny dark scents cover amazingly well.
that, and fruity smells.

fortunately for me,
the neroli here in these mixes covers pretty well, just not long enough.
like the original EoW, it requires trial and error.

i dont know many who get it right the first time

Aargh, it looks like this one is probably going to have to go to the Trading Post.

Fortunately I just ordered some non-oil based EoW, and I just hope that it gets here by Saturday.

Thats if the party isn’t cancelled, because my son and his wife are fighting again (its his birthday) so of course now he’s saying he doesn’t want a party :frowning: Hey, but its still the anniversay of when I gave birth, so maybe I’ll just have the party without him (j/k).

I hate Pink Sugar too.

I haven’t had to many problems covering it. Just experiment with scents you like and you will find which works best for you. Bring the scent with you if your going to be going out long. You wil have to reapply.

Hhmmm… I haven’t had that problem but then I have ridiculously dry skin (I don’t actually use body lotion, I use baby oil…that’ll give you an idea of what I mean when I say dry skin) so the oil based EoW dries in 20 minutes or so on me…

I cover with resinous or sweet scents with rich creamy vanilla, honey and/or fruity undertones…but the light florals or powdery vanilla scents aren’t enough.

In general, do you copulin-experienced girls prefer oil or non-oil-based?

I can’t say honestly… Of the “pure” cops I’ve only ever used the oil version as I’m holding out for AD’s new formula…The LS alcohol version got such bad reviews with the older batches so I didn’t buy it.

I do have my Mx250 though which is the spray form, but not pure cops of course. You can still smell the cops through the chocolatini scent but it’s easy to cover.

i have used
SoE for women (great product in general)
PI for women (got very little reaction)
LAM ( great except needed it stronger)
EoW ( works but stinks )
EoW oil (works but stinks)

out of all of these,
i am having the most fun with the EoW oil.

covering is effortless
i have had LITERAL compliments on those days i wear it (im not complimented as a rule)
as a result of reactions, i feel better wearing it than not wearing it.

i seriously think this formula could be improved upon.

I like them both, I save my oil based EOW for when its really hot and humid and use the other on most other times. Both stink and both work equally as well.
