Nothing particular to report, just wanted to share with you guys (because I’ve not told anyone about my pheros and they wouldn’t “get” it) but I’m so upset.
I took the subway this morning and forgot to close my bag, someone lifted my makeup case out of my bag it was cute and leather so @#!! thief must have thought it was my wallet
Now most my precious stuff is gone… fave lippy, gloss, even some of the new test MXes, my remainder of MX135 and a brand new IS/B that I’d gotten as sample…
Makeup can be replaced but not the pouch or the pheros. sigh
Oh no!! I feel for you!!! My makeup bag is one of the most treasured things I own, and its expensive to replace that stuff. Not to mention the pheros! ::::HUG::::
On the bright side, at least it wasn’t your wallet after all?
Unfortunately, nearly 2 weeks ago I had my laptop and my LG voyager stolen in an instant. Aside from the net worth being close to $1400, it was tough because being a med student I have plenty of loans plus need my laptop at all times. But hey, after a few days of emotionally being at rock bottom, only way to go is.. up!
So even though I sympathize with your loss, I hope it’s comforting for you to hear that you’ll be fine in a day or two; as with everything else in life, emotion only peels away with time. In the end all that really matters is your breathing and surrounded by people who matter.
tmoz, how could you? My life drama of losing a couple hundred bucks of make-up & frivolous stuff is of the utmost importance! How dare you belittle it?
I’m feeling better already, just irritated in general about nasty thieveses! Thank you everyone for your kind words, I just needed to vent a little.

I’m so sorry this happened to you. AND it’s a really HUGE pet peeve of mine when those of us who have to work so hard or to struggle on a fixed income become targets for those wanting free rides and everything handed to them. It’s as if we and our things are their own personal shopping sprees!
How many of your MX testers were stolen? I ask because in a crazy mixed up DHL delivery cluster *&%@, I have received 2 MX tester packs and have permission to give away to someone who will test and report on them properly. Since I know you fit the bill-- I would love to help you by replacing your stolen bottles.

Well, one thing about it, if you run into anybody in the subway who reeks of chocolatini and neroli you can add pepperspray to their signature and have some feeling of satisfaction. Maybe you should ask 'em if they know SteveO first just to make sure it’s not an innocent pherotalk bystander.
Sorry to hear what have happened to you there Takhisis I understand how you feel there. It must have hurt so much to lost a lot of your precious things just like that. But like EmeraldNight have said luckily it is not your wallet or phone if not it will be much more worser.
Well those thieves are assholes just aiming on taking people hardearning stuff away, man i hope they get punished for what they done. Sorry i have to say that as i hate those who just steal someone hardearning stuff just like that.

I’ve taken to decanting my presssiousssss… now you’ve got me doing it… into smaller ToGo bottles or “losable” atomizers, and leaving the main stores under guard back home. I misplaced a couple of (refilled) ToGos a while back and although I located them in relatively short order, it was a grueling couple of hours…
Need to keep them safe in my pocketsessssss… Yesssssssssss.
