He was nice enough to take his time for you and even reply to you whining about your loss, most companies would have gotten pissed off at this kind of behavior to be frank. So I feel like your so darn lucky that they are being so kind and polite to you after all this. Geeze, I love their service, amazing.

Oh and sorry bout the crash man i was in a head on 40mph crash about a year ago was passenger in a Ford KA they were in an Audi saloon we were turning at 5mph they were going around 40??? Was scary as hell spesh as they hit the front left hand side (passenger side different in UK in case you didn’t know) needless to say the KA did not survive!!

yes you are indeed correct…in almost all situations the car behind is always at fault…i hope you are ok…so what was the result of the accident? did you go to court etc?
No lol no one was hurt due to the crazy amount a KA can crumple really quite amazing. Police took my details no need to show in court the girl who was driving has a very rich and powerful father she also had a ridiculous excess and now drives a brand new VW Polo much nicer than the KA. However ill never get in a KA again!!
