Sorry, probably not the clearest topic title. But I have been eyeing things like TAF, P79, TAL, TAH and TAA, but I would not have a clue what dose per spray would be best?
I’ll probably start out with to-gos on this, but I would still like to know what mcg to go for. At this stage I would probably be experimenting very little and my mixes would just one or maybe two ingredients. I’m still figuring out what does what.
Additionally with being in the UK it would be useful if a bottle would last a while - shipping costs and postal delays and all that.
12.5 is a good place to start, for most things. But before you buy, you might do a forum search for the particular one you’re buying and see what dose is getting what kind of result.
I’d always wondered about this: can you get the putatives and experimental mixes in to-go bottles? It’s not usually listed on the options list when you go to that product’s particular page.
I’d like to know that as well I also wonder if it is at all possible to get some of the oils in smaller bottles. I would like to try, for example, A314 and Dirty but I get the impression that us gals use those in very small amounts so it’s a big bottle for us.
For example I think only one drop of dirty is used? Not sure I’m right but I think I read that somewhere…
Yes, most of them you can. Just check out the little drop down menu where you select the strength…they have the different sizes available listed there too.
What dolly said. Where you can select the dosage, scroll down further and you’ll find those dosage options in 5 mL instead of 30 mL.
Someone may disagree with me, but for TAL and TAH specifically I’d recommend 25 mcg/spray, as people really don’t seem to get results from those at smaller numbers. In a TO GO bottle, that’s doable. In a full size bottle I’d probably have to go with 10 or so mcg/spray for cost reasons, but if you can afford it, go higher.
