I thought I’d start this journal so that I can keep better track of my experiences. As I noted before ( Report on a year's casual experience ), I first tried out the Androtics/SmartMones products in June of 2008, but didn’t do a very good job of posting my observations.

Before my new order came in, I decided to mix together the remaining small amounts of Instant Gentleman, Instant Honesty 4x, and Instant Shine 2x I had on hand into one bottle. The proportions were pretty equal, if a little more IG. I sprayed two sprays, on on each side of my neck, before going to a sit-down, indoor community concert.
Observation: An older man sitting behind me spontaneously started talking to me about the various concerts and festivals he’d been to in the last couple of years. He became more and more animated. Nice conversation about old-tyme / folk / bluegrass music, jazz, and so forth. He asked me my age (28) at one point (we were talking about 60s bebop/jazz, etc) and made the very interesting comment that he “was having a hell of a time” judging my age. I’m sure part of that is the disjunction between my actual age and my older tastes in music (especially 20s-40s popular music and early recordings), but it’s not a dissimilar reaction than I’ve had before with IG.
