I think the only natural food source of Oxytocin is a little red berry that is called a “wolfberry” in Chinese and something like Leeky (NOT the little white Lichi berries, but said very similarly).
When in Taiwan, anytime you go into a Chinese medicine store and buy something, maybe some Ginseng and some fruits that swell up and coat your throat for a cough. Or a couple of grams of Dong Cong Cai Cao… they’ll give you some of the little red berries. You get them in tea and sometimes in Hotpot dishes as well.
Sometimes I would make a good strong cup of Ginseng tea with these berries in them for my girlfriend and I to share… I found that they did tend to produce a warm and pleasant feeling, and I remember at least one time thinking the sex felt ESPECIALLY connected and emotionally sweet and intense…
So maybe there’s a better way than huffing it? I know that huffing it is used to induce labor and lactaction. The other thing is that the effects of huffing it, in the studies I’d read before (and I did my research on this subject prior to 2005) were very short and transient, in the area of a few minutes long. Don’t think that’s going to make four hours of emotional connection happen, unless you have a way to diffuse it slowly and constantly into the air.
Just my thoughts on this.

Vasopressin can be purchased online. I buy it for its strong nootropic / memory enhancing effects.
Desmopressin (Minirin) 2.5ml Nasal Spray Biogenesis AntiAging
Mm have any guys here tried Oxytocin spray and if so how long does it last and what were the effects if any?
I’d be sure as hell up for giving it a shot at whatever the cost was as long as it gave me a boost for a few hrs!!
Alternatively do you guys know of any confidence sprays that basically work lol???
LOL you confused me there for a minute. Just to be clear Vasopression is a hormone secreted by the pituitary gland and hypothalamus. It controls more then memory. To much can cause high blood pressure and adversly effect the kidneys. Wearing hormones on the outside of the body which generally are what pheromones are and ingesting them are two different things. Ingesting something effects your biology especially if its something your body has no additional need for. It can put the body into distress. Be careful before you ingest anything hormonal and consult a doctor first.
Not saying dont use it just saying do your research and know your body before using it.
Liquid trust is supposed to be oxytocin. It doesnt do squat for most people and my opinion most people who see effects are experiencing placbo.
I have talked with a few people who got bootleg bottles but again no results on others of self unless sprayed right up the nose in high dosages.
Life would be easy if there was LOL Confidence is built from within it can not be purchased in a bottle. Some chemicals like alcohol or drugs can cause the illusion of happiness or confidence but thats all it is a illusion. Eventually you have to address the root of the problem. There are chemicals out there that of course enhance moods but you cant enhance what you dont have already.
Pheromones wont make you confident or happy. They signal and enhance thats it.

The Vasopressin and Oxytocin molecules are almost the same thing and have the same effects. Both act at a distance. Vasopressin is inhaled, not ingested. It is sold as a nasal spray, and I would rather buy/use it than Liquid Trust because at least that way I would know the exact dose and composition of what I was using. My experience with LT was that it was effective for a short while on people in my immediate vicinity (as in 3 feet and an hour, at most, and my positive review may be written off to my poor memory – thus my inhalation of vasopressin).
If your spraying a nasal spray up your nose your ingesting it. The saline and liquids in the spray will absorb into the mucus membrane and into the blood stream. Pheromone molecules dont do that because alcohol evaporates quickly and the molecules are lighter.
Oxytocin and Vasopression are only the same in the fact that they nonapeptide with a sulfur bridge. They are both made up of 9 amino acids but two in the Vasopression are different which makes a world of difference in what it does biologically. although a few simularities are present there are a lot of draw backs as well with the vasopression.
Oxytocin is used to induce labor in females. They are studying pair bonding, the effect on orgasm, erection, feeling of trust, increased empathy and bonding between mother and child with it. Not as a pheromone form but intranasally. Oxytocin has adverse effects on memory but positive effects on social memory. It dosent really effect the organs like a Vasopression.
Vasopressin effect on the central nervous system regulates memory, concentrates urine by conserving water in the kidneys. Is related to aggression and blood pressure. Can induce pair bonding in prairie voles because of the highly concentrated amounts in the effected kidneys and urine.
This mean at a distance biologically (within the body) not at air borne distance.

I am trying to find my pub med studies but they aren’t popping up. Are you spraying it up your nose or just on you ? If your just spraying it on you it should be fine. I dont think it will do anything though but its worth a test.
