P74: who has tried the 5mg/spray dose?

Jasmin,

I really like the blog idea. I tend to get really long and narrative when I start posting about hits and pheromone testing.

Yes, p74 does seem to elicit a light “boyfriend” effect. I also have notice that both sexes really open up, very candid, and volunteer information on how they are feeling and what is on their mind. Sorta like what I hear about the effects of IH (just got it but haven’t used it yet). The latter effects were from friends/acquaintances. It kinda bumped them up a notch toward close friends.

I also thought that testing the putatives with IO and IH is a good idea. I may just save that for Wednesdays, the day before I switch to the next putative.

Anyhow tomorrow I plan on waking up early to catch and test p74 on the bus. Haven’t done this in a while. I have found that buses are a great testing ground. The routes that I usually take start out with a bus crowded with commuters then goes to a bus filled with coeds headed to the UW (University of Washington), which is where I work.

So has anyone else have anything interesting to report about the putatives? Haven’t heard a peep from the rest of y’all. I’m moving on to pp75 tomorrow after one week with pp74.

The long and winding learning curve

it still surprises… I’m building up my personal database on beta-nol, which I thought I knew well… in the higher ranges some will complain of feeling “weird” or believe they’ve had too much to drink, something quite distinct in their minds from feeling unwell… but they do not appear in any way intoxicated or disoriented… and then in some complex mixes you have crisp behavioral shifts instead of gradual transitions, imagine someone walking up to you and wanting to do lunch, without any sexual vibe, just wanting to do lunch ? P#74 might be one of those elusive social grace messenger chemicals…ten years from now MH will be offering P#956… the lets eat eggplant parmigiana pheromone or P#425, time for a colonic irrigation with flower essences !.. it will be great fun

Have been following yer blog entries Re: P#74… some pheromones don’t show up in external behavior until there is some degree of familiarity or situational intimacy… although certain specific regions or modules of the brain may indeed be activated… this explains why pheromones have a strikingly more potent effect with disinhibiting agents, EtOH with flavorings being the old social stanby… my current theory is that when regions of the brain start to deviate from their current equilibrium state (in the absence of cognitively congruent “understanding” in the frontal lobes) their is an automatic, antagonistic inhibition that seeks to maintain equibrium… if the brain receives new information that generating a fresh behavior might be OK (hey, a cool guy/girl is standing in front of me and he’s saying something interesting or response worthy… and responding would be appropriate in this context) THEN the frontal lobes may communicate back to the thalamus that a mood/attitude change may be OK… most of this will be hidden from representational consciousness, good trick the brain plays on us… standing there without knowing the person and not having a congruent reason to be social may actually trigger a stronger inhibitory response ( hmmm… I feel funny and this guy seems hot and that doesn’t make any sense = possible self censure or discomfort )… Of course, good old EtOH weakens the inhibition loops between the modern brain and the paleo brain, and the paleo brain will take off like a horse that run out of the barn… different situation… sometimes you will find that there are those who, in the presence of pheromones, will feel “totally bombed” after a modest intake of alcohol and become queasy (that’s the really paleo brain, the one that innervates with the parasympathetic system cutting in, probably signaling some vestibular involvement)… keep bloggin and use yer noggin… tally ho !

I just started testing out p75. My initial trial is here: http://swingermd.pheromoneblogs.com/2006/04/01/punitive-pheromone-trials-p75-part-i/

This one seems to get a lot of attention and approaches for me unlike p74. It also seems to repel males.

In response to Tacitus’ speculations-I am new to this forum, and relatively new to mones in general, but I have experienced the DIHL effect. This occured at work a few years ago (I am in retail furniture sales) and I filed it under wierd experiences I have had (so far a very small file!) There was a huge disconnect between what I was doing with the customer-a handsom middle aged black woman-and what I would normally do. In the back of my mind there was a constant WTF is going on murmur, but I was functioning on a wierd automatic extreme touchy feely manner. If she had asked me to kiss her feet in the showroom I would have done it! I was that helpless and out of control. She only spent around 45 minutes with me, but I was pretty stunned and useless for the rest of the day. I am a 6’1", 235lb alpha male-so this was way different from normal behavior. I was aware that there was something very odd going on, but couldn’t regain control. I almost never lose control like that-somewhat erotic, but so far out of the norm that I had no skill set to deal with it!

Excellent example ! Perfect !

So… HOW were you coping with these unexplained feelings ? On the level of external behavior ? What sorts of internal dialog did you have ? What did you choose to do with these strong impuises ? This is a good illustration of what a naive subject may be feeling under such circumstances. Assume that you had never heard of pheromones, you are a beautiful woman quite accustomed to fending off approaches, and suddenly you have, bolt out of the blue, an intense, anomolous feeling-drive. Do you immediately act on it ? Do you stop and ask yourself WTF ? Does the frontal cortex get to work (it has the job of inhibiting a lot of the impulses originating from more primitve regions of the brain)… can you sense extra brain activity trying to make sense out of, and direct these impulses in socially approved ways ? Exactly what IS happening is a rapid dialog between your neocortex and your limbic mind, searching for the correct behavior pattern, which it can find on file because it hasn’t experienced these feeling-drives in these contexts, so it doesn’t have a set of behavioral references to fall back on, resulting in discomfort or confusion. Usually when the brain has no tried and true “inner video clips” of the right behavior it will respond by shutting down somewhat, on the assumption that ANY excessive behavior might be socially incorrect… OTOH persons with frontal brain injuries are notorious for “sharing” whatever comes into their minds, often to the shock and horror of others who don’t understand the ramifications of such an injury…:open_mouth:

I can tell you from my experience that there was a HUGH disconnect between action and volition. I was on some wierd autopilot doing things that were way out of the norm for me with very little control. None of my coworkers seemed to notice my behavior because I was able to hold back some of my desires. It was as if my normal controling and awareness mechanisms were wrapped in cotton. I knew something was very strange, but I didn’t seem to have a lot of control over it. I was into a bemused, third person observer mode-sort of a heavy stoned affect. It did have a heavy erotic, sort of tie-me-up quality so I was curious to see where it went, but I definately wasn’t able to do much steering . It was so “out of the blue” that I was completely unprepared for the whole thing-and once it starts I was mostly just along for the ride. I think that even if I knew what was going on I would have a tough time resisting.

Now imagine what would have happened if you HAD acted on those impulses…

When I was first exposed to pheromones there was a brief phase when they had a super-potent effect, my mind quickly adjusted and nothing like that has happened since (to me)… I think I’m so habituated now that normal levels of pheromones don’t have as much impact on me…

Beta-nol was almost psychedelic to me for the first few months, when used in VERY high doses.

I still get the internal and exogenous communication modulation with it, but nary the extreme psychological impact it had at the beginning.

I think that was happening when I added Pregnenolone to beta-nol

people just “snapped in” to the beta-nol mind meld. Some minds are more interesting to meld with than others. The beautiful girl who I took out to dinner was acting sloshed with half a serving botle of sake, rubbing her legs over mine without being aware of what she was doing, or not caring, others have reported feeling weird or queasy. With alpha-nol I’ve seen people go into strange soft focus flowery states of mind or become aggravatingly empathetic. None has made some defensive, turfy, edgy, pissy and combative… I keep the -none kinda to the minimum now… For some reason I’m seeing distinct lesbian reactions too that aren’t quite like straight reactions… dykes clearly have their own endocrine headspace. So I guess, yeah, a virgin hit can shift strongly out of equilibrium… I think the brain learns fast though…

Thus far P74 (yin) and P75 (yang) polarities

and P76… nuttin’ ? Sometimes I wonder if there might be silent mones that only act when other mones are present, or don’t do much except change flavors of others..

Tacitus,

Actually, I think that 60mcgs of p76 might just be a tad (x2) OD. I’m going to go with about 30mcgs. I started seeing -none like hits towards the end of the dance. Also had a woman act extremely apologetic to “taking my sitting space” as she put it. This kinda tipped me off that on p76, applications may have to be on the light side.

Hey Swinger thanks for the service you are doing for mankind boldly going where no phero-user has gone before  …

Any updates on your tests on the PP series - I haven’t seen any updates on your blog for a while now?

Thanks
Visionary

P75 and P76, if they end up acting pheromonally in a generative manner, may actually end up being stronger than androstenone… so caution should be exercised. I’d start very low with these.

Hey, if they pack near the amperage of P80 you could arc weld with it

P80 was potent as hell. OTOH more sophisticated than androstenone. With P80 my mind felt unusually engaged, a dig deep and stay focused on the topic mindset, sort of the opposite of racy and centrifugal or spacy… because it lacked the adolescent crudity of -none did not mean that it lacked for potency… it was something I’d like to see guys using when the worked on structural steel… the message seems to be “get it right, don’t screw up”… however, an OD of this could potentially be waaaay to intense… think:

"“The drill sergeant campaign hat is one of the most prestigious and sought-after uniform items in the military inventory,” said CSM Scottie Thomas. “With the drill sergeant patch, worn by current and former drill sergeants, it signifies that a Soldier has accepted one of the greatest responsibilities in the Army today – turning civilians into Soldiers,” added Thomas, the Commandant of the Drill Sergeant School at Fort Jackson, S.C. "

Ah… how I pine for Drill Sargeant school… pirouetting around Fort Jackson, S.C. … handing out anal massage DVDs, vulva meditation DVDs, wafting P80 to keep all those sweaty mens in line… getting my ass kicked for bad attitude… more P80…mooooore P80…

My none too clear point being…

one could easily underestimate the power of these putatives… P75 and P80 appear to be in the same ballpark, macho man wise… who knew that headsweat had so much to offer the world ? Next we try toejam and asscrack ?:open_mouth:

Meaning P75 and P76 give a much more sexual presence than androstenone?
Or they tend to have a stronger male repelling effect than androstenone?
Or both?:stuck_out_tongue:
I know at od it did not seem to affect the wearer’s(SwingerMD) mood unlike androstenone which will.

I know nothing definite about them at all. That’s why they’re putative, after all.

These are just educated hunches based on their place in the metabolic chain, structure, and location on the body.

When I start to see a pattern emerge with over similar results from a good numbers of testers/users (40+ correlations is good), things get less amorphous and far more definite.

Hi all,

Been pretty busy lately (can’t seem to find the time to update my blog). My conclusions with p76 is that it may be very potent at low doses. May have to go back and play with it more later. I spent a lot of time with p77 (and a lot of sprays) testing it at two dances, a family get together, and a day at work. Never went more than 60mcg (tried 30mcg). Didn’t really notice anything. This ones turning into a big head scratcher for me.

I just came back from testing p78 at a dance. Rxn were a cross between rxn from p74 and p75 (slightly toned down). Will test tomorrow at work.
