Does P83 make just WOMEN feel this inhibited “naughty” feeling, or does it give men the same effect?

I do feel quite sensual when I wear P83, or more open and comfortable to be touched, increases the sensitivity of my bodily senses as well, every touch, sound etc.. feels stimulating.
