one of those mornings in sensory perception land… when it rains it pours… got 4 of the 5 Comme des Garcons series 3 (incense family) … love this stuff… being a dyed in the wool incense freak… for all out incense my all time numero uno is Villoresi Incensi… you can’t spary it on your skin… there is so much resin in the Villoresi it is gummy on the skin and sensitizing (to me at least) but on clothing it is wonderous suggestive meditative… CdG has done brilliantly in this area as well… Kyoto is phenomenal, Ourzazate truly is remeniscent of acacia resins and desert sage… so fooking much better than the run of the mill men’s “pinecone air freshener” pitsauce… way to go CdG!..

Speaking of funky… we mean get down funky… gnarly funky… obtained a vial of “african stone essence” which is, in plain language, african rabbit crap infused in alcohol… the cute little rabbit craps… ok, not rabbits… technically they are Hyrax… and yes, they have a potent aroma… are known to the trade as “stones” … I guess “extract of smelly critter shit” is harder to sell at the retail level… opened the bottle, took my customary whiff, nearly died on the spot… this will take some getting used to… advertised as being a “cross between civet and castoreum”… can’t wait to put a tiny dab of this on my pant cuff and go play with the dog… chances are he’s going to totally bug out thinking there’s some alien beings in the vacinity… but the funny thing was, there is a very distinct pheromonal something or other in them hyrax turds… I was buzzy in kind of a good way… then the thought comes to mind… could this be the source of “the secret ingredient” in, you know… brand X from South Africa ? It had a kind of energizing, uplifting, go for it assertive kick… and in judicious doses could be a great fragrance potentiator… now, an another souce has provided me with synthetic civet as a basis for comparison… I hafta say… synth civet comes pretty repectably close to Hyrax as a fragrance, although it may be missing the pheromonal nuances of true poo… even synth civet seems to have some kind of potentiating quality to it… so possibly the catty perfumes had a catalyst effect on existing pheromones…

As for P88… the shite rocks, mon… imagine a mone as romantique as alpha-nol with the kick of concentrate -none… I spray 3 squirts of 10 mu onto a paper towel and inhale deeply… blam, pow, shazzam… I am instantly in love… with… nothing in particular… sitting here in my office… but everything I think of, my ex girlfriend, the dog… everything is uplifted and positive, unlike alpha-nol I’m a touch juiced up, a la -none, without the pissy edge on -none… sort of… welll… like a low key orgasm ? Or like part of the mental activity of a low key orgasm ? Yeah… like that… like an orgasm has some autonomic intensity, some push to it, but also filled with these glowy hypnotic swimming sensations… not what has Harris gotten into with this ?

And, for the finale, Scharffen Berger 70% vs 82 % chocolate… it’s a toss up… IMO… the 70% captures the bouquet of South American bean, more acidic and multi layer than the broad Hershey taste of African, kind of an espresso with a twist of lemon… where the 82% definitely moves in the leather-tobacco region… like comparing two winemakers… You could do some great culinary things with the extra dark 82%, harden it in the freezer then shave it into peelings with a Microplane and add an unexpected terpene note like cardamom… how did we ever put up with milk chocolate for so long ?

This P88 Boojus does something in low concentrations boy…

I have a fan blowing acroos the desk on which sits the paper towel squirted with the P88 and this, when the office door is open, blows directly out into the hallway of my office building… my usually rather formal neighbor across the hall has to talk to me for a second about who got whose morning mail, the usual screwups of delivery… and he’s in an uncharacterisic humorous mood… sort of a bantering repartee… not exactly orgasmic but socially on his toes… how much P88 could be force wafted out of my door by the fan ? Picograms ? There’s a putative happy cloud out there at the moment where people get nice, cooperative, conversational… initial impression… this is a low doser, maybe open your game at 5 mu maximum… after which it could be a bit much unless you are nekkid and ready to get mucho sweaty…

Hmmm..so a good option for diffusing via the Oust fan then?

I just recently started tinkering with refilling the wee bottles, and so far have had great results filtering Isexi/W P79, and one of the DHC mixes into the ether, so maybe I will have to purchase P88.

Tacitus, is there any way at all you could have one of your female friends wear P88, and then report back here on how that affected YOU, when a woman is the wearer?

That would be a very useful decider for me and other women here as to whether or not this is a 'mone essential for the female arsenal.

The strangeness of P88

P88 is shaping up to be an odd but interesting one… after a morning of exposure to 30 mu my head is in a non-typical place, perceptionwise… I feel, well… not disoriented but somehow reoriented to information… for one thing I’m vastly more aware of facial information… not all information, especially not the global perceptual sharpening of TAH… specific awareness of facial expression… I’m reading faces in exquisite detail…
as it would turn out, the brain has a module for facial awareness, and P88 appears to activate that module:

Rob and i have discussed P79 and its 'none-like qualities…
as for P88, as long as it has mellowing qualities its a guarenteed sell for me

All in the dosage and the mixage… a teeny weeny iddy biddy bit of P80 may be all you need in most circumstances when all that is required is that extra push over the top… go higher mu and it starts to exude authority, not adolescent petulance, the great downside to pure -none, but solid experienced based presence… P88, do be advised, is a wholly different thing… it is a percepti-mone… it shifts what your mind is attuned to perceive… technically it is kind of “anti-autistic”… you will be more clearly attuned to facial expressions… that might be useful, that might be TMI, could even be romantic as all get out if you want to be absorbed by someones face… OTOH, if I were to be around less than enlightened beings who were radiating freaky or uncomfortable vibes, I might be grossed out minus my protective particle shield…

Yes but since NO 'mones other than copulins directly affect ME - ever, and I know that, as I am NOT new at all to this world, I need to know what the effects ME wearing P88 will have on for example “The Man.”

If it affects him as it does you, then yes, it sounds like a good worthy purchase, but lovely as it is to see how it makes YOU feel, I need the botom-line on how a woman wearing it makes a man feel.

Have you (or anyone else) played any more with the Hyrax scent/‘African Stone Essence’?

Also anymore to report on P88 - it sounds promising from your report.
