How often should I abstain from applying pheros? Every two days? Once a week? I’ve read that if you wear them for too many days in a row, you can get used to them and have negative feelings if you stop using them.
Depends how you feel and what pheros you use really.
Constant use of socials can make you slightly more prone to feeling tired/drained.
Androstenone can make you feel a little stressed/fidgety/edgy after a few days and the buildup can get smelly, So I try to get a really good cleanup and clear night every 3/4 days.
Rone however is better-suited to long term wear but after a few weeks, you can start to feel a bit like you have the weight of the world on your shoulders.
So at its most general, as well as regular good clean-ups, I strive to have one phero-free day a week, although its more usually like once a fortnight and that works for me.
