I too used to be crazy about white girls when I saw them on TV but then I moved to USA and after a while I realized its the case of the neighbor’s grass is always greener if you know what I mean. Its a matter of being fascinated by exoticism.

Hey Perronec, I dropped by to ask an off topic question. I figure since this is more or less your journal, it’s okay to ask derail the thread a bit. 
How’s your HIIT going? Are you still doing it or have you stopped? I’m beginning to approach the point where I’m considering entering a cut phase and I’m considering my options for fat loss. Specifically fat loss, not weight loss (I’m sure the distinction is clear to you). I know proper nutrition is the biggest factor, but I was curious to know how far HIIT can take me.

to be honest the lazy monster has attacked me temporarily. first it was rotator cuff issues, then a cold, then hangover, then another cold until now, which is vacation and i’m pretty sure the track and gym is all locked up for 2 months. But I haven’t given up, i’ll be back at it as soon as my situation makes it more possible.

I gave in to the idea that me having the body i want is going to be more of a long haul kind of thing, so if i hit a few bumps in the road, its no biggie. I’ll get on that horse again soon and get there eventually.
just so you all know, I’m not abandoning the forum. Its winter break here, and i’m in southern china at a different school studying chinese. I had this weird phero unrelated rash on my neck, so i wanted to take a break from the pheromones thus i did not bring them. I will return to shanghai in the beginning of february, so i’ll re-start updating my journal then.
I think Hiit is awesome. It works for me but the only thing is you have to change it up once in a while. Never want your body to get used to it to keep the fat burning up. Hey perronec hope you do great in chinese. I wish to try it out in the near fuutre. Seems to be a valuable language. Would be great to know also here in vancouver.

Well, I thought I’d pop in and let you know that HIIT’s been working for me. I just include it every few days to keep my body guessing. I’ll do my ab workout, HIIT a mile, then run a mile regular pace. By the end, my abs are tightened up as hell. In just the two weeks, I’ve noticed a difference. I can’t say anything on overall body fat loss, but for my purposes, it’s getting the job done.

I have a girlfriend, and shes coming back from her home town tonight or tomorrow, and i’m excited about that. however last night was…
I go to a concert for my friends band. it was great, they are really talented. I’m mixing it up, i meet a lot of Americans, which is a rare pleasure for me. I am really talking to everyone, way more than usual. its just flowing. people I will finish talking to will seek me out later, some girls start noticing and just start introducing themselves unprovoked.
Then, this drop dead gorgeous. she’s my height with legs that…well lets just say she’s super super hot, easily a true 9. She is asian and has chinesey style of dressing, and i feel my approach anxiety kick in a little. my chinese is really good now. My girlfriend and i speak zero english together, but if i put my self in a position where i have to be ‘on’ i get worried.
I figure i’ll brush it off and just keep letting things happen, i was having a blast without her anyway. I keep socializing, and i end up in her corner of the bar. her group are all american, and through no effort of my own, she ends up standing right next to me. She can speak perfect english, born in LA from Hong kong. we hit it off, we had a great little back and forth for about 15 minutes. she comments how much shes enjoying talking to me, and i move in for the kill. I tell her I thought she was sexy when i first saw her, but now i just noticed that she was really fun to talk to. gold. she kind of just looked at me for a second as if she couldn’t believe it. then the conversation resumed. after a minute or two she told me i had perfect teeth. we then proceeded to make weird somewhat creepy smiling faces at each other.
I’m in, the little man in my head was doing backflips.
so i take out my phone, and as i’m about to give it to her, this other girl, a 7, who i had been chatting with earlier just runs over and starts talking to me. I try to just continue with the number and ask them both to put it in, and the 7 grabs my phone and starts typing away, and the 9.5 turns around and wanders off.
Part of me was disappointed, part of me didn’t care due to already having a girlfriend, and part of me was realizing that i had just almost number closed the hottest girl in my history of hitting on girls. I didn’t run after her or anything and she left the bar before i did, so that was that.

I know there have been 19990009387584 posts about it already, but i’ll throw mine in the mix as well. mx 301-4 i know zero about and will conciously avoid reading posts about it until i’ve tried them myself.

Hi, i spent a considerable amount of time reading your journal. I find it interesting! It’ll be nice if i can replicate the effects, but i won’t put my hopes up too high.
all the mixes i’ve put in my journal have been tested more times than i talk about here. I only write down the obvious hits. give your mixes at least a week and then stop, and see if you notice differences. you may only get one or two big hits, but it’ll be worth it.

day1
-I wasted no time. the moment i got my order, i put on 1 spray of mx292 to check for some self effects. none.
-waited an hour and added another shot…hard to say but nothing really
-another 20 minutes or so later added a 3rd spray. After this I started feeling pretty ready to party. I was tired from lack of sleep, but i had that itch to really just go hit that dive bar with my friends and make a session of it. not a strong feeling, but noticeable.
-soon after i went out to dinner. we all had class the next day, but i suggested we get a bottle of wine with dinner and everyone said yes.
-bottle number two came soon after, and while i felt tired, i had this “why the hell not” kind of feeling, and so did my american friend. so, on a slow tuesday night. we went down to one of our favorite places and ordered up some beers
-long story short, we got pretty drunk. at one point we were on stage singing with the band, and later we were enjoying the band’s discounts on beer.

-no real hits from girls, only a few were there. it was a tuesday after all.
-guys seemed to like me a little more, and i really felt like i liked everyone there. like seeing old friends.

-really super super social. not sexual at all, just happy and delightful to be around.
I like this mix. It is doing alot of things simultaneously, but so far i’ve only noticed a bit more of a (while not impulsive) do what I please attitude with healthy dose of smiling surrounding me. I’ll keep it up and see what it brings in other situations.

i had 2 children to teach today. both are pretty naughty, but today was above and beyond. kids ran frantically around the room, completely uncontrollable. i will not wear this mix to work again, but will watch for childrens rxn’s in the future.

if I hadn’t read 1000 reviews of mx292 before getting it, i would definitely still have no clear idea what this mix does. so far not too much has been different.

effects seem to start at 1 spray. more attention, but thats about it
wore 2 sprays to go to a party, all westerners. I had a good social time. spoke with everyone. one of the white girls was super open to me but she had braces.
wore 3 sprays to class, and the english girl who i’ve been friendly with this term looked at me(i took notes every time i noticed it in my notebook) 9 times, smiled at me 4 times and started 2 serperate conversations. she seems a little to quiet for me to date however, so i haven’t been advancing things. it will be good to have a friend in class anyway.

first class not much happened. had a text message conversation with the english asian girl who sits 4 feet from me in the next row over. thats about it.
second class was the speaking class and due to the time people were more awake and, due to the speaking nature of the class people were more extroverted.
the Asian English girl talks to me all the time during class now. if i greet someone with a head nod as they return to the class room, I get a large head nod and a big smile in return.
The topic of cologne or perfume came up 2 or 3 times in class.
I had to go up in front of the class on 3 occasions, each time i came up with something funny and maybe a little naughty to say. other guys in the class started to just go up and just point at me and be like “I am like him” and repeat what i had said.
as class was finishing the english girl asked me if I would come to lunch with her before the 3rd class we had that day. we were eventually joined by two japanese guys outside the classroom who instantly asked for my phone number so we could go drinking together. Additionally the english girl who i figured to be a quiet hard working girl suggested we all go out and party together. she says she hasn’t found the opportunity to go out, but thought we should go try.
during the 3rd class my other classmate sitting behind me continually tapped on my shoulder and asked about making jokes for april fools day or about my phone or whatever.
after class i went to the post office to pick up a package, but i forgot my passport. I gave them my US drivers license but they initially said i couldn’t use it and would have to come back later, but the woman behind the glass had a change of heart and just checked the english name on the package and the license and decided that was enough.
Review:
Its hard to tell which rxn’s are normal and which are pheromone based, but today seemed to have a little extra umph.
Seems like this mix has a friendly attractive quality mixed with some respect. no extra attention was payed until i started to loosen up and wake up however.

Went to a cafe, Still tired from drinking last night, so at first i didn’t notice anything. later while ordering I didn’t know how to say the word ‘celery’ in chinese and for some reason the waitress(cute native chinese) just got a huge smile on her face.
later when paying the bill, the manager(native chinese) asked us what we thought, and i told her very truthfully, that i liked the sandwich but there wasn’t enough meat inside. she stayed and chatted with me for a while, appologized, and then came back again later saying she had gotten to the bottom of it and blamed it on one of the new workers there. it seemed way over the top for her to have asked us what we thought in the first place, so that was interesting. also I don’t usually complain like that if overall i liked the meal. strange for me to be so honest with her…
