I will update this post as I go along with my experiments

I will update this list from the top down, so its easy to see new things i have learned.

things I have learned:

  1. IFM is god…
  2. p75 above 1.5mcgs cause’s guys night out to be guys night in silence. even with normally talkative people and social pheromones added.
  3. p75 is a great putative. people really want to get to know you. 1-2mcg max.
  4. mx272 at 3x leads to funny conversations that are less ‘all over the place’ than spaceland.
  5. Brother Theolonius is my new favorite beer. (US made, belgian style, 9.4%)
  6. Celebrity mix hit again on gf. says i smell wonderful, even better that mx302. i asked her what emotions or feelings were going on, and she couldn’t describe it, but as she is already in a comfortable situation with me i guess this would feel better than a sexual mix.
  7. mx302 is a look getter. it works with asians better than any mix to date. girlfriend said “smells like sex” with a big smile. this mix is very useful here in China.
  8. mx301 is fun, subtle but entertaining with other people. definite mood lifter. no visible benefits for dating. contains none.
  9. mx292 good with western girls, not so useful with Chinese born girls.
  10. Trappist beers from Belgium are simply out of this world. Chimay and Rochefort are the big winners.
  11. A314 x2 + AMMO x1 = ultraconfident player. AMOG’s are no longer a problem
  12. Instant Gentleman without any heavy backer like A314 or a none product seems to give a bit of a ‘weak’ signal.
  13. I think MX200 has some leadership vibes. Not an attractant per say, but it always gets me smiles.
  14. Instant Gentleman gives off daddy vibes big time. The lessoned learned here for me is that daddy can be a sexy idea for girls.
  15. AMMO, at low doses when paired with p83 works on asians. VERY WELL
  16. asian girls definitely react well to none, and age makes a huge difference in the reaction. 30 seems like the prime age for the good rxn’s
  17. taking breaks are good every now and again. for me 1 week or so does the trick.
  18. mx 200 at 5x dose can get you a phone number without doing a thing, but you need game after that.
  19. spaceland is the cheapest alphanol you can buy. (if you commonly use 50mu or more)
  20. asian born girls love guys with blond hair.(poo…)
  21. long hours of cardio don’t work anywhere near as well as HIIT for losing weight(seriously wow)
  22. Brooklyn Lager is my new favorite beer.
  23. P74 is my favorite, and can be mixed with everything.
  24. Its normal to spit food on the table or floor in cheap chinese restaurants.
  25. There is no common spoken word in chinese that means “hangover”
  26. turn up the heat in asian clubs only seems to work really well on the over 30 crowd.
  27. A314(2-3drps), P74 (50mu) and IS(x2) and some spiffy clothes make people want my autograph
  28. Its normal in china for people to tell you you are fat, or have gained weight.
  29. mx230 its hands down the best way to make normal guy friends turn into best friends(esp. combined with p74 ).
  30. p103 makes me feel light happy and ready to take on the world.
  31. Social pheromones go with my personality much better than sexual ones
  32. MX200 is very subtle, but even if you are ‘feeling it’ you have to make it sexual with what you say. 1-2 sprays works best.
  33. Asian girls do respond positively to none, but I’m not a pro at dosing it yet.
  34. I love Asian girls, and while i can understand why guys think any other race of girls is beautiful, I just don’t feel anything when i look at them.

Interesting observations. I remember living in Korea and the customs there taking some time to adapt to as well.

What on earth is HIIT? You mean I could have save all that money on the precor treadmill sitting in my living room?! :angry:

Explanation of HIIT

I spent one whole summer running 4 miles 3 days a week, with strength training. if anything i got a little fatter.

HIIT is High Intesity Interval Training.

3 weeks of doing that 2-3 times per week with strength training 3x per week, and i fit into jeans i haven’t fit into in a year. it was impressive.

Its a short workout, but its pretty brutal.

go outside, I use my schools track.

  1. Warm up for 5-8 minutes with a slow jog.

sprint for 1 full minute(its a long minute)
jog for 2 full minutes.
sprint for 1 minute
jog 2
sprint 1

  1. warm down for 5-8 minutes and go home

the whole workout should take 20-25 minutes

the idea is that when you stress your muscles like this, you force your metabolism into overdrive for almost 48 hours. that way, after you are done, you are burning calories sitting on the couch, sleeping, eating etc.

normal cardio is healthy， and i do it maybe once a week, just for a strong heart, and can be used for weight loss, but the problem is this:

with slow cardio, you arn’t raising your metabolism. you are just burning more calories for the duration of the time you spend running. after you are done, everything goes back to normal. so on my 4 mile run, i might burn 500 Calories. so if i eat a reduced calorie diet, this will aid weight loss.

with HIIT you increase your daily normal calorie burning by alot. I have no scientific info to measure how many more, but its by more than 500. plus its 2 days.

so lets say you do HIIT, and your body starts to consume 3000 Cal per day instead of the normal 2000. so over 2 days you burned 2000 extra calories. plus you might have burned about 200 or so with the workout itself. with some handy dandy math, that comes to 2200 Calories, which is 1700 more than with normal cardio.(daily caloric consumption depends on more than just this though, the more exercise you do per week the higher it will be. strength training is a good idea.

Its not easy, and its hard to make yourself do, because sprinting for a full minute makes you feel like death. but its only 7 minutes of actual burn, and then you can jog home.

Your treadmill is still useful, if it has a fast enough setting for sprinting, but i don’t like them, because i feel if i make miss-step at high speeds I will without doubt be launched across the room in a comical for everyone but me fashion.

went to lunch at a swanky little out door patio cafe pedestrian street set in an ancient chinese residential area.

lunch was good, afterwards we went to get coffee at a different place. we were the only ones there, and the owner lady was really nice to us, and gave us some free snacks. (probably just something they do for everyone) after i had just finished my coffee, An american guy came up to us and asked us if we wanted to meet a girl who had some sort of foster father relationship to him.(the relationship wasn’t really made that clear) and it seemed like he was buying, and deciding to ignore my instincts that this was a trap and i was totally going to get ruffied and my kidneys stolen, we joined him and the girl for a drink.

turned out it was just some guy who worked for apple, and he was leaving china for good in a few days, and he wanted some people for this girl to know and go out with some time for drinks. totally harmless and well meaning. A glass of wine later, I had the girls number. and we headed out to find a taxi.

I have no doubt that there was some extra little push that might have gotten him to come ask two random guys that might have just seemed a little special to come have some free wine in the middle of the afternoon :cool::cool::cool:

did i mention how much i enjoy A314 and P74 together?

Whew, HIIT is what we used to do when I was in the military to increase our run times. It always made me barf after about 30 minutes. That’s pretty hardcore stuff there!:open_mouth:

Hmm, this P74 keeps getting rave reviews. I need to put it on my X-mas list.

AFTER 30 minutes pushtin? jeez, i can’t spend more than 10 minutes doing the actual intensity section. I would barf too no doubt. fortunately you don’t need more than what i do for weight loss.

Did some MX200, 4 sprays plus that weak spray you get the first time you use a new product.

My tutor seemed more smily and happy to teach me. more interested in my childhood, and generally couldn’t look at me too much without giggling a little. I’m not interested in starting anything with her, and i’m sure the thought never occurred to her either, but there was an open door should i have wanted to take the initiative.

many hours later, I threw on some betanol(60mcg) and spaceland(1x), hoping to get some CTTM like effects. i can’t say that i got anything like what i’ve read for this combination, but my friend did admit his mom has cancer.:open_mouth::frowning: He got a call from her during dinner, and when i asked who was on the phone, he was like “oh my mom’s going for surgery.” I didn’t know she was sick or anything, so I asked what for, and he told me. I don’t feel that it was betanol related due to the circumstances, but i’m giong to have to work on dosing the betanol a little better.

I’ve been taking the last few days off of pheromones. I just wanted to throw a few words in here about how good it is to do this every now and again.

its good for your wallet.
you spend less money per day on pheromones

It makes you a more accurate observer.
sometimes I tend to say, “she giggled, must have been the shine” when in reality minus pheromones she very well might have giggled anyway. in other words, I can separate the normal from the abnormal much more effectively.

It gives your friends a break from your phero cloud.
lots of times I’m not really experimenting, and just using lots of A/B nols to make my dinner party more fun. after a while, they become used to it, and it is no longer as effective as it was at first. taking breaks will bring back some of the original flare.

I think many of us tend to feel naked after a while without our pheromones, but that right there is a good reason in itself to take a break. its then that we begin, ever so slightly, to rely on them for social help, rather than the amplifier they can be.

anyway, i haven’t used any in a while, and i’ll probably start up tonight again!

You can also do HIIT intervals on a stationary bike. Not as good as running, but if you’re very overweight, or don’t have a trainer to show you how to run safely without injuring yourself, it’s much safer.

Perronec, I also prefer the Asian girls, I’m very interested to see the results of your research. Oddly enough, I am finding that being overweight (I am fat) doesn’t seem to bother women from Asian or Middle Eastern countries so much. I think it’s cultural, in those cultures fat=rich=high status, because it’s hard to get fat on a vegetarian diet or if you’re doing lots of physical labour.

tezza, keep up the HIIT. If losing weight is something you aim for, and really want to achieve, it can totally happen, and i mean wow, it really will.

the bike can definitely produce results. I’m not even sure they would be less than running. although sprinting does tend to involve more muscle groups. just pump up the resistance to the point where after a full 60 seconds you feel near death. do it 3 times per set, 3 times per week. and mix some strength training in too.

if not, whatever its cool, as long as you are happy! I’ve also noticed asian girls don’t seem to care about weight one way or the other. Status is more important to them. At least for chinese girls

today, i decided to revisit my Asian -none experiment. People have always told me that I am the nice guy, I was once even told by a guy who was beyond good with girls that i just seemed “too safe”. While I must agree that at that time as I look back that I certainly was, and i did take some steps to remedy the situation. I worked on my game and it did get better. I got rid of a lot of my bad habits, neediness, etc. but after i broke up with that gf, I noticed, that while none of those habits really came back, I didn’t really feel like i had gotten over that “safe” hump.

moving along(not chronologically), Back in the states, I started trying phero’s, etc etc, things were fun, I bought instant jerk, and although i was more irritable, mischievous, and generally just more of a dick(because it was fun), I really liked the effects. I just did what I wanted, when I wanted, and enjoyed the outcome, regardless of reactions.

so tonight, i decided, fuck it. I’m putting on 2 sprays and going out into China. I’m done believing what i read from scared forum members believe about -none OD.

you know what? I was greeted with nothing but smiles and interest wherever I went.

Dinner
I was the leader, people deferred to me on what food to order, i would ask people questions, and then(it was funny not asshole-ish) tell them to shut up(and they would). i would say “here have some sake” to someone who wasn’t drinking, and they would sheepishly say “ok…”

Foot massage
all the girls at the foot massage place were eyeing me. maybe not sexually, but i was noticed by everyone. I had had plenty to drink, and i wasn’t tired or anything. I felt edgy and ‘on’. I ended up just deciding to do it get another one, because i love people rubbing my feet. so for 2 hours, i just spoke with the girls there non stop. they would tell me about their home towns(not shanghai) and i would say, “you take me ok?” and they would be “you know how to ride a motorbike?”. and i would say, “oh I already know how…” (stupid i know, but i was drinking so get off my case) but she would follow up with “oh i wanted to teach you…” and i said oh i meant the electric kind, idk how to do the gears on a motor one. (saved, but not really as i don’t want to go to her home)

another girl there was just eyeing me the whole time. and i would look at her, and she would giggle. the subject of age came up and they asked me what mine was. after making them guess, i then tried to guess their ages. in order they were 18,21, 27, 29. the 29 year old was the hottest, and also the one who eyed me the entire time. I’m thinking her age might factor into it but i don’t care, i’m making a move next time. by the time I was done, she had finished massaging her last customer and gone somewhere else(who knows).

lesson learned: Instant jerk works in china on asian girls at 2x level. and you know what? i think it fits me rather well. I’m going to have to work on this one.

i’ve started to wonder if my natural -none production is on the low side. I don’t feel like what i’m doing should work so well considering my age and race, but to each there own!

I think you’ve hit on a big thing here.

I remember when I was living in Korea in the late 90’s, the guys the Korean women were most attracted to were the “jerks”. Hands down… And I’m being totally serious here. The more cocky, arrogant, and pushy you came across as, the more flirty and attracted the women became.

Not all of them mind you, but a really good portion of them. It seemed that acting that way established status, and the vibe of an Alpha male. Being naturally somewhat shy/coy in their demeanor the were pulled to this type of guy, regardless of race.

Maybe Instant Jerk is “Magnum Alpha Male” to Asian women? I would be really interested to see other tests from you with this mix! And the fact you were drinking lowered your inhibitions already.

Sounds like Instant Jerk turns you into a David DeAngelo cocky-and-funny type. IMX Asians tend to have a conservative, don’t-rock-the-boat type of character, for cultural reasons. (I’ve heard this is true of Koreans in particular, because they are not only Asian (and get a lot of the Confucian conservatism) but are Christian to boot!) So by acting like a devil-may-care rascal, you are really standing out from the male competition.

I was sure I would get the job to begin with, but the girl’s reactions were a little above and beyond.

she blurted out twice that I was so perfect for the job(thanks betanol), and just had this wide eyed look of amazement the entire time(rest of the mix). Turns out I had met her before and a friend’s party, so it was a pretty fun interview, so it had this old friends kind of feel.

I had to keep myself in check, as I almost spilled the beans on a few personal matters too. thank you betanol.

I agree with you P74 is my fav too - recently I mixed it with A314 (1 drop), Ammo (1 spray) and IS (3 sprays)…try it. I think you’ll be very pleasantly surprised!

Just a quick update, nothing major to report other than a mix of:

I ended up telling this girl flat out that i liked her, and she told me flat out she just wanted to be friends. I wasn’t too upset about it, as i’ve learned not to be in these situations, just gotta keep on keepin’ on. I sorta liked the effect on me though. Really had this,

“Just tell the truth, get these dirty little secret crush bullshit out of the way so you can go and meet the real thing” kind of feeling.

Not the greatest result, but whatever. I am more motivated now to meet new people!

Perronec - you have been doing a lot of good stuff with the pheromones and reporting and going through some personal stuff too.
