AMMO should be good for you, but in small doses, as you are young and producing enough -none naturally.
Definitelly, a 1Alpha said, go with regular strength versionn. Should be enough.
Doing a simple search, I´ve found some threads related to asian guys using pheros or to asian girls. You may want to give them a loos, as I´ve read that race (and also age) is something to take into account when using mones.
If i were you, I would also take a look at the sticky threads at the men´s section, as they contain enough basic info to get you started.
