There are alot of threads on pheromone and their effects in Europe and America.
However, living in Asia, I realize that these threads are only useful to a certain extent. Living in a different culture where the girls are more conservative. The reaction you get from them is different.
I’m only a 23 years old guy, without much experience. I have only started using pheromones about one month ago. But I would like to share my journey with others.
If you have any pointers, please do share it, and as I believe, all of us want to be an attractive man.
I am still trying to find my sweet spots for Ammo. Previously, I have went for 1 spray all the way to 3 sprays and didn’t really notice anything. Hence, I decide to start all over again.
Yesterday, I tried Ammo x 1, and I observe that my female colleagues are friendly and talkative. Everybody feel at ease
Today, with Ammo x 2, there seems to be more awkward silence today. Everybody is still friendly but it was not as good as yesterday. This could means that I may be near the point of ODing. Will observe when i go with Ammo x 3 the next time

Nothing
I did this to use it as a control, so that I’m not wearing anything, see what effect could it have. So what I’m observe, it’s a situation between spraying Ammo x 1 and Ammo x 2. Generally, my colleagues are friendly, but it’s wasn’t as good as having Ammo x 1.

Interesting Observation today. My colleagues are quite ‘cold’ today. One of my female colleague (A) who is sitting just beside me, even went off for lunch without informing me. Usually, she does but today she didn’t.
However, when I’m on my way to the washroom during working hours. I was stopped by another female colleague (B) whom I’m not closed with. I was playing with my phone as I walked past her but she stopped me to get my attention. Usually, she doesn’t.
Colleague B is a party goer, whereas Colleague A is not. B is 26, A is 21. B, being a party goer, would be exposed more to none (a main ingredient of Ammo). So, I’m beginning to get the feeling that I am not ODing in this situation. There were some IOIs from B, which was shown and on the other hand, wearing Ammo x 3 for my age could have intimated A who is not used to such exposure.
This could also explain why at Ammo x 2, people were much ‘colder’. They are being intimated by the Ammo.
In Asia, girls are more conservative and seldom talk to strangers around you. If someone really do that, it’s already an IOIs
Had a group picnic today, out of the usual office environment, and hence, thought of trying a combination of mixes.
The weather was particularly hot as it was hold it the mid afternoon. I didn’t notice any particular reactions from both guys and girls throughout the event.
My first time using A314, it’s different from the usual spray that i use, sometimes i wonder if it’s still there??
Went to see an esthetician today, this is my first time there. She looks about late 20s to mid 30. And she was real talkative, I’m not sure whether the pheromones plays a part here but she keep chatting with me non-stop. Conversations died down and she brought another one up immediately. Could it be Ammo doing the trick??
She did mention that when I entered the salon, She had the impression that I’m a CSI agent. I believe the A314 gives off this impression, way too serious over here!!
Will tone down on A314..
Lighten up the dosage of A314 today but I didn’t notice any form of attraction today.
I think that I’m lightly to conclude that Ammo X 1 is at best for me. So far, the people around me are so much more friendly with Ammo x 1. Anything more, seems to make them intimated.
I have read the other journals in the forum and most of them started out by finding the sweet spots of each product.. So that’s where I shall start today.
I step in the office today, my colleagues were at their workstation, totally ignoring me. I went to my seat hoping that the A314 would do some miracle but nothing happen.
So i decide to take the initiative to talk to them and that’s when they opened up slowly though. I’ve have read other journal where A314 actually MAKE the women come after you but this is not the case.
Perhaps of the reason that I might be in Asia and everybody’s more conservative.
Since you’re 23, you might be producing enough -none on your own. So 3 drops of A314 might be a bit much. But then again, I’ve heard Asians (I’m Indian) produce less -none on average so you might need further testing with A314 at different amounts to find your sweet spot.

Today, it’s one of the best day I have achieve so far. As noted of yesterday, when I having 3 drops of A314, I have to take the initiative to break the ice with the ladies. However, with today mix, it was much easier. It was much easier to strike a conversation compared to yesterday, and at the same, one of them were giving me obvious IOIs. She stopped me and ask whether she want to try the pineapple tarts (a type of snack in Asia) she just bought.
I might think 2 drops of A314 is my sweet spot. Will try again with the same mix tomorrow to see my observations are correct.
I applied my mix this morning at about 8am before I left house. The mix makes me really talkative (and yes, this is the first time i feel that I’m a talkative person) and really alpha feeling.
However, at about 2pm, there was a office cleaner cleaning the carpet. I did spot her but being lazy, and not wanting to walk a big round, I walk across that carpet. During then, she yelled at me. That’s when I really lost my alpha feeling. I did argued back but in a rather timid tone. It took me a while to get my emotions back in check but I didn’t get the alpha feeling as before.
Has the effect of the A314 wear off ?? Or should I increase the dosage of A314 ??
Well, nothing pretty much on that day. I managed to chat catch up with some long-lost friends, and I realise how easy I managed to get back into the group. It gave me some confidence boost, but it feel that I could better with more confidence.

Well, today, I really feel like an alpha male. Friends asked me for opinions. In a group chatting environment, when I spoke, they stopped talking and looked at me and laughed at my joke. It’s so unbelievable today.
Now, I starting to believe that A314 x 3 drops is my sweet spot rather than 2.. haha
Shall tried this mix tomorrow again.
I’m using this mix today as I wanted to determined whether 2 or 3 drops of A314 is my sweet spot. Today went well, mingering with my colleagues with ease, unlike the very first few days i started using pheromone where I have to take the initiative to start the conversation. I have believe that A314 at 3 drops give me a really good feel about the vibe, much better than 2 drops.
I like to share my experience on pheromone journey:
These days, It could go both ways. sometimes it’s me and sometimes it’s my colleague. If you are thinking that this is usual, since i have known my colleagues for quite sometime, we should have sort of a bond. Well, partly true. I have been in my company for about 10 months. I have my own clique in my workplace which I have been quite closed with. In the clique, of cos, there’s no problem in communication. But what is interesting is the colleague whom I doesn’t hang out much with. The ‘Hi-Bye’ conversation seems to disappear and we are able to talk much more.
Well, there are disappointment as well. Somehow, by reading in the forum, before we bought these pheromones. We have expected them to work in this particular way. We have some expection of what these pheromones could actually do. However, when we tried these pheromones on, this is not the case. It doesn’t actually work the way we expected. And that’s when all the complaints come in.
I did told a guy colleagues about me using the pheromones but based on what he mentioned. He actually didn’t notice anything unusual about me. In my case, I would believe that the pheromones has really subtle effect on the people around me. What it affect most, it’s actually myself!! I feel more confident, more alpha and even more attractive! But could it be just placebo effect?? Think for yourself =)
PS: A314 doesn’t seems to help me in attractive the opposite gender. it do really give an alpha vibe but it sort of just end there.
I added in the IShine x 2 shots into the mix, but I do not really see its effect. I still did the same as I did yesterday without the IShine into the mix. I got my colleagues talking, I can grab the attention from the group easily. This is like the norm now and i feel like i got nothing much to post but the same thing over and over again as it has become a norm.
However, I do look forward to try more mix and the legendary P83, where everybody seems to be talking about, so moderators, when will I ever be a reporting user ??
Without using A314 today, I have this weird feeling that hangs around me. It seems to make me intimated or as confident with my surrounding. Luckily, it didn’t stay for long.
Something did interesting happened. A colleague who is sitting relatively far away from me, came all the way to find my colleague sitting beside my workstation. However, as she was not around, she start to chit-chat with me. Having met her a few time, this was nothing out of the blue. However, she talked.. and she talked.. and she talked, for at least 20 minutes. This is the longest conversation I ever have with her. One of the topic we touch was on yoga. So at last, the conversation ended and she went back to her seat.
After about 15 minutes or so, she came over again, this time holding a book on yoga, and she started talking to me again on yoga. All this while, the colleague she was looking for wasn’t around as she was on half day leave, and I told her that when she was looking for her. This mix is shocking!! Although I wasn’t interested in the topic she talked about, but it was nice to see such an amazing effect. =)
You’ve got some very good observations and formatting of your posts are clear. Put in as many details as you can about the mone effects in yourself and in others.
