Pherlure! Anybody please help me.

Dear all,

First of all my English not so good if i write something wrong please forgive me.

I’m new about pheromone and just want to try some interesting. So i choose PHERLURE… In the begining I would like to order 2 for my father and brother so i selected buy 2 get 1 free. And also only 1 for me. But the last i changed my mind to buy only 1 for me, they said 50%off. It shown like that but finally when i click order (not show anything) till i paid buy credit card but JESUS! it charged me double order of PHERLURE colonge. Include the high shipping fee. That means i already spent my money for USD214.94… It nearly all of my salary. Stupid me i didn’t check that they are also no show how to cantact them or customer care.

If you ask me why i didn’t check before i confirm. I already check and it showed just what i order (PHERELURE perfume). But finally i see it charged me like that for double.

Please help me how can i contact them. I just place an order.

I think i can’t post my last one, maybe somthing wrong.

My problem is i place order with Pherlure. But finally it charged me double order of by 2 get 1 free Pherlure Cologne. I would like to order only 1 Pherlure Perfume with 50%off. I don’t understand what’s happend. I even already checked before i place order.

Finally, i got reciept about double order $214.94. It’s too much for me.
Stupid me i did not check before that they have no channel to contact or customer care.

Anybody have an idea? Thank you very much.

My best advice would be to contact Pherlure! This has nothing to do with us :confused:. I also moved this to women section since again, it has nothing to do with Androtics. Good luck and I do hope you get your money back but I heard Pherlure is kind of a big scam

Most likely they already shipped it or will claim that they did so you have to go here >>>>>

This page explains how to return it and stop your membership. Make sure you stop the membership because they will ship again.

If you used a Credit card call the CC company and tell them to deny any further charges from them. I believe Pay pal will stop charges if you contact them as well.

Dont let this scare you away from pheromones. Not all companies are crappy like pherlure.

They have really great customer service, they are very friendly, helpful and honest and best of all they sell excellent products.

Phurlure is a completely different company to androtics (this place)

My advise would be to return it all for a full refund, as their product (in my own humble opinion) is low quality

she’s asking for help people, i think she knows this page has nothing to do with pherlure but she has to go SOMEWHERE for help, and this is the place to come right?

ive been on the pherlure website but i dont trust them, they send out phermones without you even asking them to… i like a shop where i can buy what i want when i want

That doesn’t sound so bad, free pheromones? It’s an expensive addiction.

They are not free they just charge your CC for them without you ordering.

They are a pain in the ass and they deliberately make it hard to get a refund or to stop them from sending refills and charging your card.

exactly right Tisha that’s why im never ordering from them, ever.. once they have your credit card details they just take ya money whenever they feel like it.r
