I gave you a basic outlook but its hard to tailor anything specific to you without really knowing anything. The way mones work with people honestly is never cut and dry (black and white). While you will get results mostly with any of these products some may work more against you than for you due to high introversion/ lone wolf sort of tendencies.

um well I can be quite shy but at the same time I can open up big time and be really entertaining and outgoing but when idk anyone im really shy

Yes, there just trying to decide what cologne package to make it with. Theres a discussion/poll being done that started this week to decide what the public thought of the 3 scent packages and what would be the final end result. So be patient Ammo will be back just not right this second =).

There are 3 optional scents that AD produced Ammo with. They were deciding which of the 3 to use as Ammo’s scent package like a cologne per-say. Basically were getting 3 flavors and we gotta decide which one we want. Experienced users are ringing in on what they think so AD can go back to full production with Ammo. It could take anywhere from another 1-6 months I’m not an official so I cannot confirm anything.

While others recomended you some nice products I will add that you can combine social pheromones ( IO, IH, IS, CTTM2 ) with A314.
Let me say couple of words of A314.It’s basicly a bussines like trust and respect pheromone.It tends to make you seem more high rank and people to perseave you as more important, more like some corporate boss.This sometimes can be advantage and disadvantage.What do I mean by that?Well sometimes when u use more a314 people tend too see you as too VIP and there is a gap in socialisation - just like a student wouldn’t just chat for anything with some serious university proffesor.But sometimes the status A314 gives you is really usefull.For instance peole who are more of high rank tend to see you as equal.This is important for getting to befrend high rank babes or leader type guys.
U can combine a314 with some cttm2 and have very nice effect of high rank yet not so distant vibe.I’ve tested it and it gives very nice social effect for me.It makes people to percieve me as high rank yet to talk to me and socialise.
U can soften the a314 alittle when using the half ammount u find is useful for you and the other half replace by IG.This will get u something between the a314 and IG effects.Some cool dude with very slight bossy vibe witch can be very rewarding.With that combo I had very good times on the holidays.
Today, even when I’m writing this I wear 2 drops of a314 solo.Went to some fast food shop to get me something and the girl who works there was so confused as like someone really important was buying food.She counted my change 3 times as not to make mistake and looked me in the eyes only when I talked to her.That’s how strong a314 is sometimes.

how long do these bottles usually last?
The big spray bottles have around 200 sprays and a 10 ml. bottle of a314 has around 380 drops.
It really depends on how often and how many sprays you use it at per time you use it. If your talking about how long they last themselves Steve says mones have a 3 year shelf life. You can approximately calculate how long itll last you by dividing the 200 sprays over the course of days/weeks/months. I myself don’t use mones all the time b/c I DO like pherofree days and it helps keep the self effects fresh and the likeliness of build up of certain mones at a minimum as that can result in bad reactions from people.
so is it better to where mones only on certain days rather than everyday?

It is ultimately better to wear mones on certain days when you’ll know your gonna be out and about. You gotta describe yourself in detail personality and demeanor and what you hope to achieve from using mones.
