pheromone gels??

I got a sample of alter ego gel from LS in the mail.. and there forum isnt working, so I gotta ask.. how do you use this this.. its a packet, so how do you know how much to use, and it is like a hairgel or just gel?

In place of oil or alcohol as a carrier, this uses a gel carrier. Like an oil carrier, the mones last a bit longer than an alcohol carrier. At your age, you might want to start with 1/2 of a pack applied to pulse points.

Not necessarily - it actually depends on the climate and environment itself. For example: Oil and gel will not diffuse as good as alcohol in low (cold) climates or heavy A/C environments.

Both alcohol (more diverse and better longevity/diffusion) and oil/gel have their uses but are not better than the other in every situation.

A314 for example was originally oil based for a reason. We have both formats and the spray is better in the cold than the oil.

Actually, I have used all three oil gel and alcohol for years and your both right except your talking about two different things LOL

The reason Harris called the products “Instant” was because they are carried in alcohol. Alcohol diffuses faster, hits harder but doesn’t last as long. It causes more of a instant reaction. They last up to 6 hours.

Oil’s and gels which are molecularly larger and heavier do not evaporate, they linger on the skin and are diffuse slow and last longer 12 hours or better.

All three will not diffuse as well in colder climates because its your body heat that causes the diffusion. Your body heat is not affected by your carrier choice its affected by Thermoregulation and the environment. When the body senses an unhealthy low temperature, blood flow closest to the surface is restricted to allow all available blood to be directed to the internal organs and the brain. This effects evaporation and diffusion of both alcohol and oil carriers. Alcohol will however diffuse better then the oil in both cold and warm climates because its quicker to evaporate then oil. A lot of mone users who live in hot climates prefer oil because of its longevity.

Distance of diffusion is effected by the environment. Humid hot weather tends to carry your mones farther just like it carries any scent molecule farther while cold dry climates tend to hold the scent closer to your body.

As John mentioned both have there place. I tend to like alcohol carriers more for the faster stronger hits. Oils and gels tend to be more subtle in my opinion.

Now that I think about it — aren’t gel carriers actually alcohol based?

We don’t carry it and this is my first time working in this field so I’m not as familiar with it. But things like hair gel have alcohol - I know that doesn’t mean its the same thing but I don’t know how else gel could really diffuse that well without some extreme heat?
