Pheromone use after exercise question

Hi, After exercise if i wash my wrist and other areas where i will spray pheromones on would that not make non none pheromones convert to none.And would you recommend me spraying ammo after exercise i am 17 years old.

I got ammo,is ,tuth , io ,ih ,ig.
