Ok, Pheromones and “race”. Alot of the people on this board claim that certain races react differently to pheromones. I have to really question the legitimacy of this claim. I am heavily involved in anthroplogy/cultural studies and find it hard to believe that certain people, depending on their country or region of origin will react differently to pheromones.
For example: Products that are supposed to work on “caucasians”, caucasian magic, etc. Ok, I seriously doubt that you can lump Russians, Italians and Swedes into the same group. Let alone the fact that there is hardly anyone in the west (the Americas especially) who have a completely homogenous heritage. It sure would be an experience to goto say, Brazil, and measure pheromones by race when everyone is a combination of several groups and migrations of people mixed together. Same thing in Europe where although most of the people are “white”, they are may be the descendants of a combination of Celts, Germans, Latins, Slavs etc. at the same time.
So just because a girl is “white” and has “blonde” hair I just don’t see how you can determine her reaction to pheromones from that. She could have blonde hair for a variety of reasons and it surely doesn’t automatically mean her ancestry is from Northern Europe.
I am totally open to someone proving me wrong. I know Tater is a huge advocate of race and pheromones working in combination. Can you tell me what pheromones or pheromone mixes are supposed to work with what kinds of people? I will honestly go and try these mixes and specifically try them out around these kinds of people. I live in the northeast USA so there are plenty of different kinds of people here. One of my targets is a blonde Russian (actually half German too…see my point?) so what is the “blonde european” mix?
Actually it is known that different populations have different genes… so the thing is genetic in nature.. the pheromone receptors will be different I guess…
I think you mean ancestry and not region of origin. A white Zimbabwe farmer may be technically “African”, but we would not say his ancestry is. I have yet to conduct scientific research on pheromones and their effects on race. While it is a social construct because we always change its definition, race does have some basis in genetics, as well as some basis in culture, politics, economics, etc. Sickle-cell, for example, is more common in Sub-Saharan Africans (i.e., Blacks) and their descendants. Could a population of people who typically produce smaller amounts of pheros (and therefore are more sensitive to them) pass on this trait to their descendants and over time, as a race, carry this (genetic) feature?
In my opinion, I agree with you to a point. It is known that certain ethnic groups produce more of certain pheromones.
Latins and African americans produce more Androstenone naturally. It has to do with there genetics.
Asians produce less then the adverage man.
This is where the tricky part comes in. Suppose a asian girl grows up exposed to mostly other asians male and female. She becomes accustomed to the amount of Androstenone produced by the men she is exposed to. Then she gos off to college and is exposed to a more diverse group. She will feel intimadated by some of the other ethnic groups because she is unused to this new feeling she is getting from them. Thus she will not be attracted.
Now if that same asian girl was brought up in a diverse enviroment she will feel less intimadated and more attracted.
It would also make sense that women would be attracted to there own ethnic groups because the first pheromone signatures they learn are those of there father and siblings. She feels safe and comfortable with this amount of natural pheromones.
So say you would want to attract a asian girl. You would be better of using socials and nols then using high doses of Androstenone.
But if you wanted to attract a latin girl, it would be better to use something high in Androstenone.
Most Caucasion women are used to diverse enviroments so most mixes would work on them.
The whole thing about genetics, culture and religion is just far too complicated from the little sterile head of mine. Of all the factors, culture is the most important in my view. Think about it. Even if someone biologically detects the artificial mones you wear, it is still up to the recipient to decide whether a reaction is appropriate. Perhaps it is best to treat individual cases on their own merits.
No once you get used to the products and learn about them more its not as hard as it seems. Most consumer products are buffered so you can use them to attract just about anyone. Its the advanced stuff that gets a little tricky.
For example Ammo. It has anone in it but can be worn to attract asian girls because its buffered with 3 other products which lessens the intimadation they would get from straight anone.
:-/
Instant Caucasian magic was a nickname given to mx203 by tater because it seemed to work well for him with Caucasians , it was not named by Androtics. It’s like calling your son/daughter a little ray of sunshine; someone else will probably disagree.
And I think its a known fact that nobody has the same exact pherosig and that different races with different diets & lifestyles have different hormone levels, which in turn regulates how much of which natural pheromones are being produced. . . which is probably why mixes posted here might not work for someone else.
And tactfully, you’re acting very. . . snobbish. You don’t seem to want to take the time to think about different variables.
Well, Tater is the last to be racist about anything, but its undeniable that there are genetic interactions with certain pheromones. It scares me that there may even by military applications to this. If youve ever experienced something like my first-time exposure to MX203, you understand what i mean.
Tater has noticed more consistent links to physical attributes than to ethnic group titles. For example, Ive found some things very effective on very pale-skinned blondes, not redheads, not as much on brunettes, not on freckled blondes, not on big-boned blondes, excruciatingly hard on petite blondes…
In short, Tater is convinced that most pheros have ideal targets. This should not be considered unusual. I even suspect that its more dietary habits and environmental than particularly genetic, but there is some component that allows genetic features to predict susceptibility.
Tater cant say that youll have the same results but, as others have noticed, Tater does make useful observations from time to time, and this is one of them.
Tater disagrees heartily with Tisha on several of these points (sorry).
First, with myself and several other friends of partial to significant African/Hispanic descent, ive noticed that we can sink a great deal of androstenone and (a) still not OD, (b) actually go pick up Asian women…in my case even Japanese women and (c) still be found attractive by children and teenage girls.
Secondly, my Hispanic (i.e. Spanish) friends track more closely to typical Caucasian levels. Only Latin people who are heavily intermixed (e.g. darker-skinned Brazilians, Dominicans, Venezuelans, Cubans) track toward African-like responses. There are diet-related factors related to ancestors from warmer climates, but most Latin people are closer to whites in their phero-responses. I dont agree that those of African and “Latin” descent typically generate more androstenone. Thanks to one of my friends who is a senior pharmaceutical enigneer, I know that this is just hearsay. Sweat samples from predominately African males do contain androstenone, but its not on the scale implied by most posts here, nor is it chemically equivalent in all cases. Theres a difference between what is directly emitted and what is the result of rapid breakdown.
I agree with Tisha that environmental exposure is a significant contributor, but theres a great deal of surrounding logic that i dont agree with either. For example, it is a social effect to procreate with someone who is genetically similar to you. Tater has reported several times that androstenone is additive for him…i cant quantify it, but it attracts women who normally lilt toward a Caucasian demographic. Meanwhile, EST increases attraction from the African demographic for me where androstenone is subtractive.
Tater doesnt want to sound like an A-hole on this, but just because its been repeated 5000 times doesnt mean its absolute truth. If there is a genetic factor to pheromones, i cant test the assertions of a Caucasian male, nor could he test my assertions as a mostly African male. I dont know the actual demographics here, but im betting the vast majority of people on this forum are Caucasian. There are quantitative and qualitative experiments; some of the quantitative experiments ive tried fly in the face of some of the (presumably) qualitative information ive seen from time to time.
Before i talk too much, or end up getting flamed or neg repped again, let me just say that everything posted here about pheros is, at best, mostly true. If you try to make predictions without realizing how little is absolutely true, your prediction may end up being mostly (or even completely) false. Thats not slamming anybody, just logic.
Consider the K/DK table…
Things you know, and know that you know them.
Things you don’t know and know that you don’t know them.
Things you know, but don’t know that you know them.
Things you don’t know, but don’t know that you don’t know them.
4-simplified. Things you think you know, but you really don’t.
I’d agree with you on most points, but the last one (never mind the spelling ). As part of the majority race (in the US), Caucasian women would more likely not be used to diverse environments (more of them=more chances to conglomerate). But I think it’s the implied cause and effect that I find problematic. Could it be that the mixes are being made by/for Caucasian women and therefore most work for them. If there are more Caucasian women than there are African or Asian (which there are), or because the developers are Caucasian themselves, they might make something, consciously or not, that is optimal for Caucasian women.
Opps sorry about the spelling, when your anwsering a million PM’s you tend to type in a hurry.
I dont agree that caucasions are more likely to be not used to diverse groups. It would however depend on where your from though. Here in the Northeast its very diverse and most people are exposed to all ethnic groups.
I am not saying that these mixes can not be effective on other ethnic groups. I am saying that there seems to be a pattern of how effective it is in the general dose for each group. Some need more, some need less and its just a guideline to help find what works best. All that can be given is guidelines.
Alot of my friends are Hispanic and my best friend is African and a male. He uses the products and we have often talked about this. According to them and my own observations of them they do produce more natural anone. According to there doctors they have higher Testosterone levels. This could have something to do with it but I am not a doctor so I dont know.
I never said they could not wear anone products and prehaps as in your case the Japanese and asian women are used to a diverse group. My friend attracts asian women but not often and it seems to depend on what they have been exposed to.
I have often said that I dont believe anone scares off teens or young women but that they do not know what to do with the feelings they get when exposed to certain mones.
You dont sound like a a-hole. I find your posts insightful and I dont believe you deserve to be negged for reporting your findings. Everyones contributions are important in my opinion. I agree that just because something has been said 5000 times it dosnt make it true. Of course assuming that those 5000 posters are being truthful you will again see a pattern on how mones generally work.
Most people give general predictions because thats all can be given. Mones are not a exact science there are many variables to consider. A persons ethnicity is just one small part of it. As I have anwsered countless times in PM’s when asked why certain mixes are not working for them what works for one person wont work for every person. You have to test and find what works best for you. This has always been the most difficult part of mone IMO.
I agree with the dietary habits and enviroment but not with the physical attributes. Especially the hair part. Most women dye there hair, so unless you asked each one whats the true color of there hair (and believe me most wont be truthful about it) then it really has little to do with it. Does this mean your findings are incorrect. No they should be taken into consideration just like the other 5000 posters who reported there findings.
Interesting topic though and as more studies emerge I am sure opinions will change and so will the mixes that are offered.
Id rep you twice if i could… Thats exactly what im saying. Its not bad or anything, but its important to remember that much of whats written here is from three major biases, 1) Caucasian men seeking Caucasian women, 2) Caucasian men seeking anything that looks like a woman especially if she might be really hot or exotic and 3) Caucasian women seeking Caucasian men. We have a few really good Asian male voices, but barely any Asian female voices. Most other groups are under-represented though there are many promising new people around. The more diverse the sample group is, the easier it is to figure out what these pheros really do or dont do. I can speculate about what Japanese women think of certain pheros but it would be great to have 4-5 who are using the stuff every day and can tell us in their own words.
Its like my results with MX101/PheroProof which is great for many of the people on this forum, but seems to be a dud for a few of my friends with certain characteristics.
I think it works differently on people that are culturally different because in some countries, ASD (Anti-Slut Defense) is even higher, that even some boys don’t want other boys to think he goes out with many different girls. Which made things even worse with girls.
