I’m nice but maybe too much so, I’d say I’m recovering from ‘Mr Nice Guy’ syndrome, and have to learn to be a little less polite around women I’ve never met before (I’m thinking Instant Jerk might help). I’ve never really had a girlfriend other than my STBXW and she is a hardcore conservative Christian (total hypocrite tbh), so I don’t know how to behave around more normal women. I mean, I’m Christian too, but I’m done with the whole ‘no premarital sex’ thing. Totally over it. I even have verses to back myself up but I won’t go there on a secular public forum. I very nearly gave up being a Christian so I could have sex with lots of women, until I found out that that’s not necessary as everyone has been interpreting the bible wrong in the matter of premarital sex. If some troll comes on board and tells me I’m a terrible hypocrite for believing in God and having sex with women I’m not married to, I’ll cross that bridge when I come to it.
I’m definitely not here to tell people about God - do I look like I am? But neither should I hide in the shadows when its relevant. Ten to twenty years ago homosexuals would have to do that, now they can talk openly about their situations and its no big deal. They’re not trying to proselytise, and neither am I. Religion will probably not be relevant any more from hereon in as I’ll be mostly talking about business and sexual relationships, but it was relevant when I was talking about my background. Religious baggage and a lifetime of abstinence are VERY relevant to explain my lack of experience with women.
