Hi I am 18 years old, going to be 19 tommorow. I am from the US, I heard about thes pheromones from a friend that let me try some instant shine, but didnt tell me what it did, he just said it was new cologne. I sprayed some on , and walked off almost onstantly I had people talking to me, I am usually kinda quiet but I didn’t think about it really. Then I started realizing I was talking to others that I have never met on campus. I just started opening up and didnt feel like myself, but I just thought i was having a good day and must be doing something right. It wasnt until the next day that my friend told me what it was where he got it and told me about the web site. I asked for more and he handed me the spray bottle as i read “turn up the heat”. Instant Shine is one of the best social mones here. It is one of my favorites… really, a feel good mone! 
I’d suggest you try AMMO as well, though, because of your age, you could try 1 spray of the regular strength along with IS.

I am getting Instant Shine, Turn up the Heat, and ammo to go bottles. I was curious where and how much i should spray on my body for maximum or close to affect?
First, you should try them each on their own separately so that you understand the effects of each, and learn how much to use of each for the best effect. Each product may well have a different sweet spot.
For example, since you are just 18, you are already making plenty of your own -none, so too much more will make you come off like a pervy horndog. You probably don’t even need Ammo or Turn Up The Heat, but if you must, then just use a little of these. With those products, less is more.
Instant Shine is different, you can probably get away with using more. But to avoid wasting product (unless you’re made of money and don’t care), its best to find your sweet spot for each product so that you don’t use more than you actually need.
As for where to apply them, chest, neck, back of neck, wrists - a place with exposed skin is best, pulse point even better. Though the hair can also be a good diffuser, I wouldn’t put Ammo or TUTH there (can be hard to wash out later).
