What I wore:
2 sprays of Instant Shine double strength to devil horns
2 sprays of Instant Honesty, 1 to back of head and 1 split between wrists
2 sprays of mx265 to neck
Covered with D&C Light Blue
Today my friend invited me to take a free tae kwon do class with her (I’m still aching all over) and I now have great respect for tae kwon do masters, I was in the beginner’s class (with kids! they were so cute!) and it was really intense, haven’t worked out like that in a while.
Anyway, some things I noticed.
-After the first class one of the ladies came up to me and started telling me about why she started taking classes, how old she was, that her kids were taking classes, etc. that went on for about 4 minutes until someone called her over.
-The teacher was just attentive to me in general, gave me his coat b/c I get cold easily (he does acupuncture and checked my hands and pulse, apparently I have poor circulation) and even called me pretty 
!
-When I was being introduced to the children they all had grins on their faces, except for one extremely shy one who had a wide-eyed fascinated look on his face.
Those were the really noticeable hits, other than that people were friendly in general and talkative.
