Anyway to answer your question. To stand out in a crowd ( remember people still have to be hit by your pheromones) i’d recommend AMMO. Its good and reliable and a lot less tricky than TUTH. I’ve gotten really good results from it. As far as helping to open up i’d go with Instant Openness and Instant Honesty.
They are pretty much the same thing ( Mix of Alpha and Beta Androstenol) in different proportions. I prefer IH but it is a personal choice. You should do a research of their effects on the forum as to know what to expect. Also try to read the Newbie sticky posts as i found them very helpful.

Something to make you stand out… Slash mentioned AMMO, and it’s a solid cologne product for sexual attraction. Though, I’d likely suggest some IJ to REALLY stand out, PRIMARILY if you’re into the bar and club scene. This with the IS and IO will send out the chemical signal of being the life of the party and easily approachable. You do, though, have to reflect that vibe in your attitude and demeanor.
