Today I dabbed a little under my nose for self-effects…and honestly, I think I had the most relaxed day ever!!
What are the self-effects? Talking to yourself?

Really you feel more relaxed with it. Can you describe in what way. Do you mean more relaxed to talk with others or relaxed like just at ease with your surroundings.
I find it makes people follow me and talk as if they already know me well and we are friends. IO alone is just chatty friendly banter. IH is more intense and people will confide in me more which they did alot before mones so now its on a much more personal level. But I can always cut the talking short with a see ya later or something.
With come talk to me2 I have seen people I dont know in stores just tell me things I really dont want to know. Like in the pharmacy last week. I am getting some band aids and stuff and this guy latches on to me and asks me about his rash which he then shows me and informs me its all over him. OK I dont work here, obvious by the postal uniform I am wearing. But last week was halloween and maybe he thinks its a costume so I tell him I dont know, go ask the pharmacy dude LOL. He keeps following me telling me when it broke out, how long it took to spread bla bla bla. I am approuching check out now. I check out and the girl behind the register has her mouth hanging open as she listens to what this guy is saying to me. He has moved on to descibing the rash in his lower regions. People are looking at us and I am thinking great they probably think he is with me. He follows me right out of the store towards my car. Ok this is getting out of hand now. I dont like to be mean. He is babbling now. So I yell Hey Rash Boy. I cant help you man call a freaking doctor or a rash will be the least of your problems. He then stood there with a stupid confused look and I jumped in my car and took off.
Now it dosnt happen that seriously all the time but its just strange how once in a while you will effect someone with no self control and it gets ugly LOL.
Got to say though it defiantly works

It just made me really feel comfortable, like you know how some people say treat the world like your living room…I really felt like that. I just felt super confident, like high, but composed. I can’t really explain it, but it felt awesome. It didn’t really make me talk a lot or anything either.
It’s similar to the self-effects I got with SOE, except SOE is a little sexual and more giggly with girls. Still, CTTM gets girls really giggly too. They’ll just laugh for no reason, and it really breaks the ice easily…in fact, it vaporizes the ice.
I get this a lot too actually. I’m in school, so I get classmates who I’ve never even talked to before acting like I’m the teacher and asking me stuff. Even if they’re not talking they just huddle around me. I swear, the other day, I had like 4 people just following me around, as if they were hooked on my phero-cloud. It’s hilarious too!
