Hey you know I can relate my wife and I are going through similar things. We use to be intimate and passionate every night and we are still intimate just the passion isn’t there. I wonder if taking a day and setting all stress factors aside like work and bills and have a good talk with her and talk about how you feel. You should demand this from her. A real man isn’t afraid to open up and be sensitive at times. Maybe this is where some IH and IO I can also see where a small amount of A314 to position yourself as Alpha would help.
Absolutely justintime, it’s been a long time coming to this conversation, I just kept trying to avoid it, thinking I could find a “patch” that would work for us. I am clearly not helping us at all by putting off this conversation.
We have a weekend in Long Island NY planned for next weekend, and I’d rather not go into that weekend on a bad footing, but after the trip, I’ll be focusing on getting this off my chest. I have some CTTM that arrive last week that I haven’t opened yet, but the IH nay be the best to get us to say what we truthful feel about this. I’m sure she realizes this is a big change between us…
I’ve been away with a camping trip with my son’s boy scout troop this weekend, and the time apart has helped a little too… Well that and 4 drops A314, +5mcg P74, +30mcg P96, + 1 spray ammo summer. 
Once I showered the smoke off and applied these mones, she said, “You smell good … No you smell EXTRA nice! What are you wearing!!!”

So this week I’ve been doing some testing with P122 that came as a promo with my recent order, and I’ve enjoyed this one. Before I get too far from my test dates, I wanted to be sure to capture this here before I forgot it.
Monday, I used only P122, 5mcg/spray, 1 spray on each side of neck, and one spray to the top of my hand, so I could get a chance to sample the odor through the day to see how it mellowed.
About 15 minutes after spraying, I got some pressure feeling at the bridge of my nose, that I would typically associated with focus. This would be the area you would pinch between your thumb and forefinger if you had something you needed to think or focus on.
Anyhow, this feeling of focus stayed with me for another half-hour, then slowly dissolved away into a bright, jolly, happy feeling. This feeling would be like you stepped out into a warm summer day; the birds are singing, the sun is shining all is right with the world, and nothing can knock you down! I haven’t gotten much of s vibe from IShine, (although I haven’t tried it by itself yet either,) but this P122 gives me the feeling I would have expected from the descriptions I have read about IShine. I found myself seeking out people to talk and chat with, and greeted everyone I came across with a a cheerful “hello” and smile. This certainly isn’t my normal character, so the self effects where great. I would say the silage was about 3=>4 feet as in work meetings, people around would get into a joking mood from across the room. This made it hard to keep people on track during the meeting, but not impossible. The effects lasted about 6 hours from application, but wast still faintly perceptible a while later than this.
Tuesday, I raised the application to 4 sprays, one on each side of the neck and 1 on each forearm. I applied this before my morning commute, and the same effects were noticeable, from the pressure in the bridge of the nose at 15 minutes, and at 45 minutes the happy vibe came. At 1-1/2 hours, I arrived at work, and decided to add 2 drops of A314, and I was surprised to find that the seriousness of the A314 completely washed out the happiness vibe of the P122. It was as if I had only A314 on, with the confidence and respect it brings. About 3 hours after the application of the A314, some of the P122 started to creep back though, and I was getting the happiness vibe back again, but fairly muted. There wasn’t any joking around or chitchat at work this day.
Wednesday I used 2 drops A314 only. I have been getting coworkers just start complimenting my hard work out of the blue lately, and this day was no exception, although in this case, it was during a meeting in front of my bass that a coworker stopped the meeting just to bring it to the attention of everyone how much I am getting done. I’ve always been a hard worker, but it is a nice change to have people take notice, and even better when they make a point of telling you and others how much it is appreciated.
Thursday, I tried drops of A314 + 1 spray AMMO summer on each side of neck. No hits to report on this day.
Today I am back to only P122, 1 spray each side of neck at 5mcg per spray. The happiness vibe is back again, and everyone is getting a “Good morning,” or a “How are you this fine day!” from me. If difficulties arise, it is easily shaken off with this one. The effect isn’t as strong with 10mcg as it was with 15 or 20mcg, which is expected.
Evening reports:
So my day is very much split in two. I have my workday, and then my home time with J, and my mone usage reflects that fairly consistently. I have mixes that I am trying out at work, and then when the workday is done, I don some sexy or social mixes for home.
Mondays are scout Meeting nights with my son, so this causes a deviation in the pattern.
Monday before the meeting, I added 2 sprays of AMMO summer, not so much for the meeting, but mainly for when I eventually arrive home. It was an outdoor meeting, but the AMMO was clear and present even on a slightly windy and warm day. AMMO Summer certainly stands out as a strong colonge, and sometimes if I have the windows rolled up, it can become overpowering to me even at 2 sprays. It does smell nice, and no one has ever complained, but maybe I need to move my application point off my neck and place this on my forearms or wrists instead. No clear hits during the meeting, but J certainly enjoys this scent over most of the others I have used, as she tells me often how good I smell with it on.
Tuesday night I showered and added 20mcg P96 to my adams apple, 2.5mcg P74 on each side of neck and rubbed 20mcg TAC into my forearms. This mix worked out well and had us both cuddling, which lead into kissing, which lead us to the bedroom a short time later for a very enjoyable session.
Wednesday I had on some AMMO Summer when I arrived home, but this developed into nothing more than some playfulness between us. We went out to eat at a local pub, which was nearly dead, and got back in near bedtime for us.
Thursday we had friends over for dinner, and I applied 3 Sprays of 2x IO to my hair, (forgetting it was 2x strength) and 1 spray of AMMO Summer to each side of my neck. This worked out well, with everyone talking and having a good time. Nothing unusual to note really.
I purchased the womens introductory pack for J, as she has been curious about my mone use, although I don’t think she has opened them up quite yet. After the dinner, I did open the ISexiness A to give a 1/2 spritz to her neck to let me smell it, and let her know it wasn’t going to smell musky. Maybe she will try this out now..
This weekend is a big one. Wedding for friends on Long Island NY, completely high-class function We’ll be car=pooling with a couple of friends, so I need a good car-pool mix of socials, then a classy/sexy mix for rehersal dinner, then another classy mix for the wedding, then slip into a party vibe for the reception.
Oh the testing I’ll do this weekend!

Not feeling so great at the moment, but I just read quickly through most of your journal.
When I was married, my ex would never initiate sex. We were intimate maybe once a month, to once every six weeks. I wanted and needed more affection than that, but I resented always being the one to start things. His lack of any attention is a big part of why we divorced 7 years ago. I wish I had found this place long before I did, though it wouldn’t have saved us. Anyway, I digress.

My wife knows I wear the pheros and I want to get her into them they are just expensive and it may sound dumb, but I am worried of her wearing them and other guys hitting on her. She had PCOS where her hormones are very out of balance and the pheros don’t seem to affect her like they do other women.
The wedding was epic, a truly magical one for the rehearsal dinner, to the wedding ceremony, to the reception to the brandy and cigars. What an amazing time!

For the car pool down to Long Island, wore 2 drops A314 and 4 sprays CTTM2 and the 6 hour ride was easy on all of us. We had a great time talking and anticipating the weekend. Luckily, we are opposite all the typical Memorial day weekend traffic, so although the northbound lane was socked in, the ride was easy and smooth for us. once we arrived, we had a little over an hour to check in to the hotel and get ourselves ready. J had forgotten the Isexiness mones I had purchased for here last week, but donned a beautiful evening gown, 3-inch heels, and a couple of sprays of Ishine for the rehearsal dinner, while I dressed up in my new suit and 4 drops of A314 (neck and wrists), 20mcg of P96 back of neck, 2 sprays of AMMO Summer layer on my neck. Not much skin exposed in a suit!
In my suit and sunglasses, looking in the mirror I had visions of secret service or mafia so long as I was straight-faced, but when I wearing my typical never-ending smile, I was Mr.Smooth; the A314 made me feel like a star when I added the suit. Why don’t i where more suits? I loved it, and all night I was getting compliments at how fine I looked.
Thoughts I had because of this where; Do I always dress so lousy that he suit is such an improvement over what I would normally wear? Is it just a matter of everyone looks good in a suit, and people feel obligated to compliment you upon seeing you? J let the-cat-out-of-the-bag to out two friends about my use of mones, and I’m positive AD will see a new customer very soon here. Through the weekend, I let him try out samples of A314 and AMMO Summer, but I will let home make his own journal entries when he joins us soon.
Rehearsal dinner was at a very trendy restaurant/bar on the southern end of Long Island, and was like living scene out of a movie. I don’t understand why you would call it a rehearsal dinner, since nothing was actually rehearsed, but speeches were made, liquor flowed, the appetizers and food was amazing, and J and I had some awesome pics taken of us all dolled up, so to speak. A wonderful evening that went on into the night and certainly a night to remember! I was confident and a gentleman through the night and enjoyed every minute of it immensely,culminating with some very enjoyable intimate time with J back at the hotel, and me without my TAC, damn! I can hardly say we needed it though
For the next day, we did some shopping in the outlet malls. I used 2 drops A314, rubbed on the forearms, jawline and under nose, and 2 sprays of Ammo Summer on the neck. No obvious hits thorough the day, but again I was confident and had a sexy feel about me. I had a hard time not picking up new outfits from Sax 5thOff and Nordstrom Rack, especially after all the compliments on the suit, but managed to restrain myself.
We took in lunch at the restaurant where the wedding was to take place, just to scope out and take in the venue before the festivities were to take place, a delicious meal that couldn’t be beat, at a location that was surreal. The bar had magazine clippings and newspaper articles of all the celebrities that had used this location for their very special weddings, and here we were, guests to witness the wedding of our friends at this location! How Lucky are we!?!?
After lunch, we headed back to our rooms for a few moments of quiet time before we had to get ourselves ready for the wedding and reception, and took a quick and well needed nap, following the late nights and early mornings the past few days. When it was time, I slipped in to my tuxedo, and J got herself into tight and sexy wedding evening gown. I wore 1 drop A314 rubbed on the back of hands, 2 sprays of TUTH to my adams apple, 2 sprays of IO 2X to the neck and 3 sprays of MX297 to my hair. The wedding was a tearjerker for almost everyone. It was perfect in every way, at the most excellent loaction anyone could have ever chosen, with the weather cooperating like the gods themselves had smiled upon the ceremony!
More pictures to commemorate the moment, then appetizers were served… and cocktails. I won’t even be able to describe how many different options that they had for us to try; so many different food “stations” to choose from. I stuck with a few ‘luxury’ appetizers that I had never tried before, and enjoyed them immensely!
After a hour, we moved into the reception area where our tables were set up for dinner, with a live band expertly playing the top hits. Drinking, dancing, salad, dancing, drinking, dinner, dancing, drinking, speeches, dancing, drinking, dancing, drinking. Desert! OMG you would not believe the quantity of cake, pastries, pies, cookies, brownies, ice creams; if you can imagine it, it was there!
The dancing and drinking continued; more pictures more dancing, it was truly an amazing night!
At midnight, the band played their final song, and the reception moved to the library for more Brandy and cigars and a piano-man. I’ll likely never have the chance to experience an event like this again in my lifetime, but I will certainly cherish every moment of it!
Back at the hotel, J and I crashed after the amazing evening, but had more intimate time when we woke up with the memories of the previous evening. Mones helped me feel confident and sexy in my suit or tux, and helped me be present, talkative and lively throughout the weekend. Although I can’t say I was approached or got any DIHL looks because of them, the self effects here cannot be denied; in the past, I would have been a clear wallflower in an event like this, with friends coming up to pluck me off the wall, but not this weekend. I was confident, and emotionally strong throughout the week, and loved every moment of it!

I had some struggle with this in my head as well. I’m not typically a jealous guy, but since my ex-wife tossed me to the curb for some sketchball druggy, it hits me harder now than this had originally.
Sometimes I feel insecure, especially when J talks about previous BFs that are still around, but it like that song, “Save the last dance for me” I know she is going home with and chooses me…
“I you love her, let her go. If she come back to you, it is true love… if she wanders, it wasn’t meant to be…” Personally, I find that if I get a hit, rather than stray from my lady, I gain confidence that I can take with me back to J. Maybe I’m naive, but I gave J the female wardrobe in hopes that she could have the same confidence boost to bring back home to me.
Certainly, I feel like I’m not getting a clear response from J with the mones either. It gives me a slight edge maybe… I do notice as time passes, things are slowly improving between us, so a long and consistent exposure seems to be helping.
The mones aren’t cheap, but I do find in my case, they have been worth the investment. The points you have earned must help to offset the cost.

Not a good deal of testing going on lately, but hetre are some stories I do have to enter.
A week agao, I attended a retirement party with J for a few of her colleagues. I knew a couple of folks there, but only a handful among the 30 or so in attendance. For this event I wore 2 sprays of IH on my wrists, 1 drop of A314 rubbed into my forearms, 2 sprays of Ammo Summer on my neck, and one spray of TUTH rubbed on the back of my hands.
I had one couple corner me in talk basically the whole time I was there. The lady and her husband were both in their early 60’s and she was a talker to begin with, but when I arrived with the IH, she took off with all sorts of stories about her and her husband and work. It wasn’t a problem for me, since it gave me someone to talk with instead of looking out of place.
Towards the end of the party, a lady I know joined in on the conversations we were having, and stood up next to me. With in a few minutes, her hair started flipping and she was fanning herself. it was a warm day, but she seemed to get warmer still. A few more minutes later, she was using both hands to hold her hair up at the top of her head to completely expose her neck to cool off. Maybe a TUTH hit here.
The next day J had to get on a plane to TN for a few weeks to visit with and help her mother down there, so testing has been and will continue to be sparse for a while.
I did get out to the Monday bar for a drink and dinner last night, and for this I used 3 spray of ammo summer to thew neck and 1 spray of TUTH (almost gone now) rubbed into the back of my hands. The Bartend, who had been effected by this mix in the past was there, but it didn’t seem to hit her very hard this time. only other lady there was with her BF and they were watching videos on her smartphone. Luckily there was only one seat available at the bar, and this was next to her, so I plunked myself down and placed my order. Since she was leaning in to her BF, I made sure my beer hand slid out towards her, not invading her space, but clamining mine. With in a few minutes, her hair started flipping too. After about 8 minutes she did do a glance over at me, and made a big fuss to her BF over my how good my sandwich looked when the food arrived. She progressively got more touch/fealy with her BF as the time progressed, and before they were headed out, there was a fair bit of PDA going on. When she reached the door to exit, I decided to look up in her direction, and found we were staring at each other for a quick glance. At least someone got a benefit of my mone use! 
Feeling somewhat lonely the past few days with J out of state. I tried to call last night, but after only a minute, J had to attend to her Mom, said she would call back, but then didn’t. She has a lot going on with her mom ATM, which is keeping J busy. I also sent a goodnight text which didn’t get answered. Sound familiar SomeChick? Maybe I’ll get another chance to hear J’s voice tonight, but certainly the mones don’t work so well from long-distance. 
Monday, she’ll be coming back to me, it seems so long away; I hope it goes quick!
So today, feeling down, I decided I should break out the P122 for testing, as it brought me a happy vibe previously. 2 sprays on neck, and one spray rubbed into the back of wrists. I broke me out of the feelings some, but I probably could have doubled up on this. It isn’t a happy vibe per-se, but it isn’t a down and lonely vibe anymore either, just and even-keel normal day it seems.

A couple of solid tests this week, but only self-effects to report; no obvious hits to note.
On Wednesday, I thought I would give this a whirl:
4 sprays of P74 @ 2.5mcg/spray = 10mcg to neck and hair
1 spray of P96 @20mcg/spray to adams apple
1 spray of TAC @ 20mcg/spray to chest
The aim was to find out how this would be at work, if I could see any hits from this. None I could notice came, but the self-effect on this one for me was it left me feeling a bit spacey. At one point I had a fellow ask me a question out of the blue, while I was deep in thought on another subject, and it took me a good 30 seconds to switch gears and understand what it was he was asking me about and how to respond. It was a comfortable mix, but not conducive to good response and thought process.
Thursday I wanted to continue P122 testing and decided on 4 sprays of p122 to neck, (i’m sorry I need to check my bottle concentration again, I think it is 5mcg/spray,) and 2 sprays of CTTM behind the ear. Only vague hits I noticed was that I got into a few extra conversions than normal, but not vastly different. I did find myself greeting everyone with a happy greeting all day again, and my mood was lifted a bit, although possible not as high as the first few days I tested this. Perhaps this is just me still having my J away traveling…
Thursday afternoon, I went to a walk-in care clinic to have them check a sore throat I have, and added 1 spray of TUTH to the top of my hand, and 2 drops A314 to my fore arms before I headed in. The receptionist was had a bright smile, and was happy to see me. It would figure I would get a male ski bum for an intake nurse. The dotor was a pretty lady though, and she gave me some IOIs in the exam room after I had sat there filling the room with the mones for a 1/2 hour. She all smiles and played with her hair a bit, and was interested in asking me questions about me that had nothing to do with my throat, I.E. about my work and commute, and why would I ever live so far away… In the end, she found nothing wrong with me though, which I’m feeling is bunk since the white splotches on my tonsil look like strep to me, even though the culture came out negative. I’m not feeling awful (yet) though, and no fever, so I’ll let it go another day before requesting antibiotics.

On this 1st mix I wonder if you somehow could throw in some A314 or TUTH to that and see what the results would be. That mix seems like a binding sexual mix but I think would benefit from either TUTH it A314. I bet one of those 2 would really set that mix off. So have have things been giving with J lately?
Eye doctor appointment yesterday to get my eyes checked out for some new glasses, which I figured would be a great test for the mones!
I decided on trying out :
1 spray of AMMO Summer on each side of neck, 1 spray of TUTH on adams apple, and another spray of TUTH rubbed between the backs of my hands, 1 drop of A314 rubbed along each forearm.
I arrived and the receptionist was all business. She took my pre-admission forms and asked me to take a seat, they’ll be right with me.
Not long after, the tech, white female 50’s blonde, came out to collect me, and at first, she was all business as well, but after checking my current glasses prescription, then checking my eye pressures, she was quickly all smiles and asking me about my day. She took me to an exam room to fill out a medical history questionnaire, but she couldn’t seem to work the computer suddenly. She kept losing her place, and having to go back, or having trouble finding the right tab or field to fill out, but she was taking this all in stride, and started laughing at herself because of it. After we finally got through the questionnaire, she conducted a small exam to check for color-blindness. She fumbled the book a few times too, but chalked all this up to her attending her grand-daughters preschool graduation hours earlier, and she couldn’t get back into a rhythm back at work.
Off to another exam room, where the Doc was to see me. He was very pleasant and respectful to me. Any moment i spoke up, he was clearly listening with intent to what I had to say. He got my prescription all dialed in, and I think took extra time to make sure I was happy with the values he had found, by making up a test pair of glasses so I could test them out both up close and outside for far sight. This was the first time I had been to this office, but I had never had an eye doc take as much time with me as he did this day.
Next I was off to pick out some frames with another female tech, 50’s brunette. I waited in the display area for 5 minutes while she helped another customer, but when she was ready, she was all smiles to see me already. She also took her time, finding a handful of frames that looked good on me, so that we could sit down with them and decide on the best pair. I Face-timed J to get her opinion on the frames, which, for some reason the tech thought was “so sweet and adorable.” She also commented on how lovely she thought J was, even though she could only hear our conversation. Anyhow, J liked the frame that the tech also liked the best, so I think I have a winner there.
Back to the exam room, my eyes dilated about as much as they can be for more checks with the doctor, and got a clean bill of health.
I was shuttled back to the receptionist for checkout. At this point I decided that I should pick up a pair of sunglasses as well to get it all on the same bill, which meant I needed to go back to the frames tech. So I mentioned this to the receptionist, and this seemed to break her out of the mundane desk job she had. Suddenly she lit up with a smile also, and collected my charts to shuttle me back over. The frames tech was busy, so the receptionist and I had a nice conversation about where I live and work, and what we do there, long commute and yada yada.
When the frames lady was free, the receptionist walked me across the office to her. I got the sunglasses all set up, and the frames lady is telling me over and over how nice it was that I came to the office, and how much fun it was to meet me.
So I realized about this point how valuable it can be to purposefully post-pone a decision, only to force a second encounter later on by having to back-track. When I decided that I SHOULD get the sunglasses that the frames lady had suggested, it meant I had to go back to her, and then bounce back to the receptionist later, double exposure!
Shuttled back to the receptionist, and I basically got the same thing from her… She had overheard my face-time with J, and how she thought that was so cute, and how nice it was that I came in to their office! I paid the bill, and got my receipt, all over more small talk and smiles, and (at least my) dilated eyes!
It was a great visit!

Thanks for that word of encouragement! I do need to get back to reporting in my journal. I took a break at it, as I wasn’t really seeing the “hits” that other members are posting, so I wanted to take some time to kind of figure things out a bit, instead of reporting,“here’s what I used, but saw nothing…”
I was thinking that maybe I’m just not tuned-in to see the hits, as I’ve been known to completely not recognize when I’m being flirted with. Or maybe I just don’t have the proper ‘game’ to be congruent with the mones I’m using. Most likely, it’s a combination of the two.
I do so love the products, and use them daily, but never took the time to stick with a single product and properly test were my sweet-spot is on each of them. When I don’t recognize the ‘hits’ they bring, how can I find a sweet-spot?
Anyhow, during the hiatus, I have learned some things, and I really should get back to reporting, or I’ll never reach the RU status like I dream of.
Maybe this is the time to do my sweet-spot testing, since I’ve gotten myself through the ‘spray-and-pray’ phase of testing. With many AD products to pick from in my collection now, (3 more arriving today,) I can easily focus on a single mone now.

I finally got the RU status and yes I think the key is testing and being consistent with reporting. I just kept sending my honest reports and Dee helped me out a lot with this one. So just be patient and keep testing. I just pick out what I am going to test and just test. I always test weather I am at work, the store, or with family. I look at everyone as my tests subjects(except kids). Good luck
Ok, time to do some proper testing. Before today, I’ve been trying mixes, and not really recording my amounts or experiences. Today I’ve decided to focus on a single mone for a long duration to see where it takes me. I decided to start off with P130, as I have a good supply of it on hand, and hardly used it on a daily basis. I also don’t have any preconceived notions about it, having done little research on it.
My bottle is 10mcg/spray in 6% Neroli.
Today I’m wearing a 20mcg total, 10mcg applied to each side of my neck. I’ll edit this post tonight with anything noteworthy.

So here is the results of yesterday’s test. It was a frustrating day at work, trying to resolve some equipment error due to some new software that was put in place, but most of the frustration I could let go fairly easily and move on to the next trouble call. the p130 application lasted about 6 hours i’d say. After work, I applied another 10mcg to my neck on the way home. I hadn’t noticed much change in my sweetie, with the exception of when we headed off to bed, she dropped something on the floor and couldn’t find where it went to. I asked twice if I could help her look, but apparently she hadn’t heard me, because when she finally found what she was looking for, I got an uncharacteristic and sarcastic, “Found it, thanks for your help!” I tried to explain how I had offered, and how she would have normally just asked me outright for the help, but this made little difference. We were both miffed a little, but it dissolved shortly, and we went to bed cuddling.
Today, I’m back to 10 mcg on each side of the neck, (20mcg total).

Yesterday was a less frustrating day. Not as many trouble calls, but I was still plenty busy. I did notice I could easily switch from one project to the next while multitasking. The application of 20mcg of P130 seemed to last through the whole day though, still catchings whiffs of the Neroli 9 hours after application. Possibly this was due to less sweating as I wasn’t running around like I had the day before.
I did apply another 20mcg before arriving home for the evening. The only thing I noticed here was my J again was working independently, and rarely asked me to help or pitch in. Clearly I need to be more proactive in my assisting her around the house when I wear P130.

I wore a mix similar to this to work. It was P74, P83, P96, and sometimes beta-androstenol. What I experienced is that people were disrespecting me a lot. I’m known for being a friendly and hard worker, but I work in a stressful environment (retail). When I wore this mix, people would come up with silly jobs for me to do for no reason. They would act like I’m a jerk when I’m not really being one. They would make my life hard and act like I didn’t exist. Basically, I was the bottom of the totem pole.
Sometimes mones can have these effects. I suggest adding 2 mcg of androsterone at least or 1 mcg of P75 at least.
