I’m still quite new to the world of pheromones, and have been pondering over a few things I’m hoping somebody can shed some light on;
Presumably, the essence of how these pheromones work is;
Person A wears some pheromone.
Person B ‘smells’ pheromone, i.e. the pheromone signature hits his brain.
Person B makes a connection between the pheromone signature and person A, and hence the desired effect is made upon person B.
Now this is where my questions lie. Firstly, how does person B know that the pheromones have come from person A? What if the room is very crowded or if person B is sat equidistant between two people, how does the brain distinguish between which person produced this signal?
Take A314 for example, as I understand it improves ones social standing giving one more respect from other people.
My question is now this;
If Person A applies some A314, and then person B comes to sit next to him, would person A not associate the signature with person B who has just sat next to him and hence give person B more respect as well as person B coming to the same conclusion about person A? If not, how does person A’s brain know that the pheromone came from himself and not from person B? After wearing a pheromone for a period of time does the brain convince itself that the body it is in created all of that pheromone naturally?
Would having knowledge that somebody was wearing an artifical (user applied as opposed to created by the user) pheromone affect the effect it has on the desired target? I.e. if a girl I’m speaking to recognised the fragrance consciously of one of the pheromones I’m wearing, would that change the way her subconscious interpretted the pheromone signature? Would it be a positive or negative responce?
Thought experiment: Six people in a jacuzzi, 3 blokes and 3 birds, and suddenly a load of pheromones are thrown in, say a load of Ammunition for example - who’s going to be more attracted to whom? Is it just a case of whichever member of the opposite (or same!) sex any given person finds the most attractive, those feelings will be amplified?
Another thought experiment. Guy sitting waiting for a bus, a girl he really fancies is also waiting at the same stop. Another, less attractive girl arrives, but she’s sneaky and wearing some attractant pheromones - does the guys attention leave the girl he thinks is physically more attractive for the pheromone-laden girl, or does pure aesthetics win out?
I think I’ll leave the questions there for a while now!
This dosnt make sense to me. Why would person A who is wearing the mones and knows what they do think the signal was coming from person B ? You asked "How does he know they are coming from himself and not person B ? " Because person A applied them so he is aware they are there.
Having knowledge usually creates a placebo effect or they delibrately try to mask there reactions. The signal they receive remains the same though. Mones work on the subconscious mind. Once you bring them to the conscious mind it can be slightly different. No one will ever recognize the scent of mones on you for this reason as well.
No one would be attracted to anyone. A load of AMMO would make people both male and female hostile and cranky as well as over load the neurotransmitters. More is not better with mones. Everyone has a dosage range. Theoretically lets say you dumped in the perfect amount. The water would dilute it and the chlorine would destroy it but some would be airborne. People would become aroused but not attracted to anyone in-particular. Men will not be attracted to men wearing AMMO unless they are gay to begin with.
Mones just give you a edge they dont override free will or change a persons appearance. Dont confuse being hot looking with being attractive. So yes if the less pretty girl is more attractive she can pull the attraction away from the more pretty girl.
Did I confuse you LOL
Beauty Being… Hot , handsome good looking, pretty is a way you look visually.
Attractive is a unseen force that pulls a object to you.
