Hey guys, haven’t posted for awhile been really busy. Its that time of year. I know lots of you are going through the same thing so.. The question is, Does smoking cigarettes hinder the effects?

Simple answers should just be searched.

lesson learned 100% honest i didnt know they had a search. and whilr im at it i found the ansure on my own YAY FOR BEING A BIG BOY!!!

I was looking for a simple yes or no. Considering it was an extremely Quick question! There are so many question out there that have been asked 5-10 times a day. Guess what, yup you guessed it… they get answered. But its tough love!

Yes they do and usually with P51 or Steve linking to the same stickies over and over.
Its not so much that people don’t want to help, what they want is to see that people first help themselves. This isn’t an elitist club or clique by any means, but there’s some great info shared here by people who have put in many hours studying this hobby and fine tuning mixes etc. So do them the respect of at least trying to learn the basics, or make attempts at first seeking your answers and then come here when you hit a brick wall.

When I first got here, I spent hours, days if you will combing through these forums to find out what I need to. To this day, I still go and use the search function a majority of the time. More often than not, when I pose a question, its after I have first brought something to the table in the form of a plan, or a concept if you will to try out something different.

Stick around, put a little work in by reading and absorbing some of the info that is so readily available to you, and then come back with your questions.
