Actually if I may toss in my own two cents. Assuming you got the oil, A314 is a bit slower and more subtle than other pheromones in alcohol bases. Because of this I usually advise new users to try pheromones that are a little more obvious to spot and after you develop your skill at reading changes in attitude and behaviors from people then move up to A314.
My advice would be to start with IO, very obvious to spot the increases in chattiness and mood elevation. Hardly any negatives to it at all.
Jerk and TuTH likewise are easy to read, but with more potential negatives so I advise against using them in environments like work if you’re testing unbuffered.
Ammo, not as obvious as the above, but still pretty easy to tell when it’s working.
Then after some practice of actually paying attention to peoples body language and behavior then you can try A314. It won’t seem as obvious as the others and may take more time.
Steve’s sweet spot instructions call for a 3 days on, two days off method starting at single sprays and upping the dose by an extra spray for each three day cycle. (one spray a day for three days, two days off, two sprays a day for three days etc)
This is great for the sprays but for the oil I suggest going for five day cycles instead of three. A314 is designed to garner respect and admiration, raise status and perception of value etc. Now not only is it slower due to the oil base but status and respect are harder to get than attraction. A person can feel attraction for you almost instantly, respect especially the kind that elevates your status above their on is harder to get. So it can take time and repeated exposures before you see noticable changes.

A314 is indeed the most complex to work with and many of its hits are very subtle and can be difficult to spot. More influences really.
IO or Ammo will be easier to start testing with. Personally I found Ammo better but that may be in part due to the situations I was testing in. Took me a little while to find my feet with IO.
Ammo probably would be more fun to start with than IO. I started with A314 only cause I didn’t know what I was doing when I placed my first order. I only got the A314 and Tuth (30 ml) and dropped the Tuth right out of the package onto the floor. It was broken and I got my first OD since both my work place and myself were soaked in the stuff.
Now that I think of it, I actually started “testing” with Tuth then…My sweet spot certainly was not at 30 ml.
I immediately made a new order and got some Ammo, which I did my first real testing with (I hadn’t gotten very far with the A314 in the few days in between).
