What are the differences? which do you recommend? How do I know which one is suitable for me?
It depends on which product your talking about but its pretty self explanatory
Double is twice the concentration of pheromones
Quadruple is 4 times the concentration of pheromones.
If you new start with regular strength, this gives your body time to get used to mones and you can find your dosage. If you find on a product that you like that you need to use more then 3 or 4 sprays then next time you order it buy 2X. This way you use less sprays to reach your dosage.
Its easier to work up from a lower dosage then it is to work down from a higher one so dont just jump in to high concentrations.
Age makes a difference as well. 30 and up tend to need slightly higher doses of certain mones then the 20 something group.

The only product that I have ever bought 4x strength was Instant Shine. One spray of 4x Instant Shine is pretty magical.
Most of my sweet spots are around 2-4 sprays, so I just get the double strength. But again some people are more sensitive than others.
IS gives some people some headaches and can only take 1-2 sprays. It would be prudent just to get 1x strength for that.
Things like IO and IH are ticky because it can have some effects that aren’t intended. For example, you might want people to be more open with you thought IO, but if you use too much, you may never be able to get them to shut up.
For me specifically too much IH I start revealing stuff I really don’t want, or people give me TMI. I’ve had upto 8x of IH and people just tell him “I can’t believe I just told you that”
Most of these is Neroli and won’t stink up as much if you need more anyway so you’re fine regardless.
